Il 2022 sembra essere un anno difficile per la gestione degli eventi poker live per Euro Rounders al Perla Resort di Nova Gorica. Dopo un biennio 2020/2021 dove abbiamo dovuto affrontare i problemi relativi al Covid19, quest'anno è stato contraddistinto da agitazioni sindacali che ci hanno obbligato a cancellare l'evento Road to PSPC in programma nel Ottobre del 2022. Svolgere eventi poker live al Perla Resort per noi di Euro Rounders è, oltre che un prestigio, un'occasione di far vivere ai nostri players la bellezza e i confort di un resort che per anni è stato protagonista del poker live europeo. Stiamo cercando di superare tutte le criticità del 2022, ma sembra ancora ci sia la possibilità di nuove agitazioni sindacali proprio durante il nostro Grand Final. Fino che non saranno rientrati tutti i rumors collegati ad un probabile sciopero dei dipendenti nel secondo week-end del festival di Dicembre 2022, sarà necessario sottoscrivere il nostro regolamento prima di iscriversi al torneo. La trasparenza nel gestire dinamiche sensibili e critiche è stata da sempre una priorità di Euro Rounders nei confronti dei suoi players, pertanto ci sembra corretto pubblicare il regolamento online e presentarlo prima delle iscrizioni a ciascun giocatore.

READ THE ER GRAND FINAL 2022 REGULATIONS
2022 looks to be a difficult year for event management at the Perla Resort in Nova Gorica. After a 2020/2021 biennium where we had to deal with problems related to Covid19, this year was marked by labor unrest that forced us to cancel the Road to PSPC event scheduled for October 2022. Holding live poker events at the Perla Resort for us at Euro Rounders is not only a prestige, but also an opportunity for our players to experience the beauty and comforts of a resort that has been a protagonist of European live poker for years. We are trying to overcome all the critical issues of 2022, but there still seems to be the possibility of new labor unrest right during our Grand Final. Until all rumors related to a probable employee strike on the second weekend of the December 2022 festival are re-entered, it will be necessary to sign our regulations before registering for the tournament. Transparency in dealing with sensitive and critical dynamics has always been a prioritization of Euro Rounders towards its players, so we feel it is correct to publish the rules online and present them before registrations to each player.

Zdi se, da je bilo leto 2022 težko leto za upravljanje dogodkov v letovišču Perla Resort v Novi Gorici. Po dveletnem obdobju 2020/2021, ko smo se morali spopasti s težavami, povezanimi s Covid19, so to leto zaznamovali delavski nemiri, zaradi katerih smo morali odpovedati dogodek Road to PSPC, ki je bil načrtovan za oktober 2022. Prirejanje poker turnirjev v živo v Perla Resortu za nas v Euro Rounders ni le prestiž, temveč tudi priložnost, da naši igralci izkusijo lepoto in udobje letovišča, ki je že vrsto let protagonist evropskega pokra v živo. Trudimo se rešiti vsa kritična vprašanja iz leta 2022, vendar se zdi, da še vedno obstaja možnost novih delavskih nemirov prav med našim velikim finalom. Dokler se ne razblinijo vse govorice o verjetni stavki zaposlenih drugi konec tedna festivala decembra 2022, bo treba pred prijavo na turnir podpisati naš pravilnik. Transparentnost pri obravnavanju občutljivih in kritičnih dinamik je bila vedno prednostna naloga Euro Roundersa do igralcev, zato se nam zdi pošteno, da pravila objavimo na spletu in jih pred registracijo predstavimo vsakemu igralcu.
