Regolamento per l'utilizzo dei Ticket Grand Final Sharkbay:

Ogni giocatore che vince un Ticket per il Grand Final Euro Rounders (PPT) deve rispettare le seguenti regole:

1. I Ticket vinti non possono essere ceduti, venduti o convertiti in denaro.

2. I Ticket vinti non possono essere utilizzati per partecipare ad altri eventi del circuito.

3. Tutti i Ticket vinti nella Poker Room del Casino Perla sono validi esclusivamente per il Grand Final presso il Casino Perla. Solo in circostanze eccezionali, soggette ad approvazione insindacabile da parte dell'organizzazione, sarà possibile richiedere di utilizzare il Ticket per un altro evento del circuito. Le circostanze eccezionali devono essere eventi straordinari e gravi, come:

   • Gravi problemi di salute del giocatore, .

   • Lutto per un familiare o un amico stretto.

   • Coinvolgimento diretto in un incidente stradale grave, comprovato da verbale ufficiale.

   • Impedimenti legati a fenomeni avversi, come catastrofi naturali (ad esempio allagamenti, terremoti, ecc.).

4. Altri motivi di pari gravità rispetto a quelli sopra elencati.

La richiesta di non partecipazione deve essere presentata entro l'inizio dell'ultimo Day 1 dell'evento, inviando un'email a info@eurorounders.com. In assenza di autorizzazione scritta da parte dell'organizzazione, il Ticket verrà considerato perso senza alcun rimborso o compensazione.

Every player who wins a Ticket for the Grand Final Grand Final Euro Rounders (PPT) must adhere to the following rules:

Tickets won cannot be transferred, sold, or converted into cash.

Tickets won cannot be used to participate in other events of the circuit.

All Tickets won in the Poker Room at Casino Perla are valid exclusively for the Grand Final at Casino Perla. Only in exceptional circumstances, subject to the indisputable approval of the organization, will it be possible to request to use the Ticket for another event of the circuit. Exceptional circumstances must be extraordinary and severe events, such as:

• Serious health issues of the player.

• Bereavement for a family member or a close friend.

• Direct involvement in a serious road accident, proven by an official report.

• Impediments due to adverse events, such as natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, etc.).

• Other reasons of equal severity to those listed above.

The request for non-participation must be submitted before the start of the last Day 1 of the event, by sending an email to info@eurorounders.com. In the absence of written authorization from the organization, the Ticket will be considered forfeited without any refund or compensation.
