  • 🇨🇭 @positiv_chi takes down The Wolf Millionaire!

Entries 1792 It was a 13-day festival that set a new entry record for a single tournament here in Lichtenstein. Hundreds, indeed over a thousand, of players battling it out at the tables for a fortnight, a guaranteed prize pool of 1 million Swiss francs that was far exceeded, and a splendid atmosphere in the enchanting setting of the Grand Casino Liechtenstein. In short: The Wolf Millionaire Main Event. Out of 1,211 physical players, after a 4-way deal, @positive_chi managed to excel by taking home a first coin of CHF128,490: ‘It's an indescribable thrill,’ says the winner, hot on his heels. Besnik Lalinovci busted two players in one hand: Day 3 chip leader Zoran Zivanović and "KJ" are the 11th and 10th place finishers. The hand in a nutshell: Zivanović went all-in for 4.5M (blinds were 200K/400K) from the CO with A♣️ J♥️, Lalinovci called from the BTN and "KJ" re-shoved with A♦️ K♥️ for slightly less than 6 million. Mon 22nd, 15:30 - Besnik Lalinovci ahead at 12 left Bensik Lalinovci is ahead of the count at 12 players left! Here the situation at the moment: Besnik 15.5 Denis Zimmermann  12M Christian Hertel  11M Zoran Zivanovic 9.7 Ospite 8M And here are the last 4 eliminations: 16th place Carlo Kater 15th place Pitschsen 14th Christian Beer 13th Capar Feyrat Mon 22nd, 14:30 - Seat redraw at 16 left! After (almost) two levels of play, the field went down to 16 players. The 17th classified, after which the Tournament Director has stopped the action, is Bruno Stefanelli, who found himself with A-J on the BB with only 5 bigs left. On an open raise from MP, Stefanelli moved all-in, and his opponent snap-called with A-Q. The board ran Q-10-10-8-3, and Stefanelli left the poker room with a bit of disappointment: "I tried my best, but the stacks were too shallow to do anything other than push all-in or fold. Overall, it has been a great tournament. I wish I could have had a different stack situation to do my best." Here's the list of all eliminations until now: 21st Ralf Imdahl 20th "Mark" 19th Robert Alois Reichen 18th "Givi" 17th Bruno Stefanelli Mon 22nd, 13:00 - Wolf Millionaire Final Day kicks off! The 21 survivors just took their seats for the final act of this marvellous event! Mon 22nd, 02:00 - Zoran Zivanovic in the best on Day 3 Day 3 just ended with 21 qualifiers who will show up tomorrow for the final act of THe Wolf Millionaire Main Event! Our daily report will show all the details, which will be out soon at THIS LINK. Mon 22nd, 00:30 - End of the 12th level All survivors are now having a 10-minute break, probably the last of the day. We're now down to 23 players left, and the action is divided into three tables with blinds 100K/200K and ante 200K (they will be 120K/240K at the resume of the game). We had a few more "loud" eliminations in the last few hours: Chang Chun (Day1 J chip leader) went out in 32nd place. The same was true for "SKAP" (27th) and Emilia (24th, pic above), who were constantly high in the count throughout the day. We have seen. Instead, Bruno Stefanelli (pic above) pushed hard on his table in several spots, where he won without a showdown. On the one hand, he defended the BB after an open from MP and donk-shoved 1.7M on 4♥️ 6♠️ 8♥️ and his opponent (with 2.3M) decided to fold pocket Tens. The second spot saw him limping from the SB on a blind war and flatting his opponent’s isolation raise for roughly 3x. On 10-9-3, Stefanelli decided to check shove BB’s 180K c-bet, putting all his 3.8M in the middle and finding a fold. It was not the nicest run for Denis Zimmermann, who lost twice in a 70/30: first, K-K vs. A-7, and then J-J vs. A-6. Also Andreas Fröhli has something to complain as he managed to climb up to 6M and then clashed against Aces and lost half of his stack. Here are the top stacks at the moment: Ospite 8.5M Zoran Zivanovic 7.7M Christian Hertel 7.4 EasyCall91 6.6M Pitschsen 6M Ralf Imdahl 4.6M Mon 22nd, 21:30 - 33 left at the end of the 9th level It's time for the 33 players still in action at The Wolf Main Event Day 3 to take a small break. In the last hour, a few notable have been eliminated: Wuttipong Favre (Day2B chip leader) and Marine Rosalie Petit. Wuttipong Favre was up to 4.5M, but he found the elimination in the space of a few hands. In the first one, he open-raised with pocket deuces, finding the call from the SB with K-Jo. On K-4-4, Wuttipong c-bets 350K (blinds were 50K/100K), and the opponent called. The turn was a 10, again check-bet-call, this time for 950K. The river was Jack, and after SB checked, Wuttipong opted for a 1.1M third barrel, finding the snap call from his opponent. A few hands later, he flattened from the BTN Denis Zimmermann's open with K-K. The flop was 10-10-8, c-bet and call, in position, for Wuttipong, who decided to check-shove for 1.8M on Denis' 700K bet: snap-call, no trips on the river, and Wuttipong busted in 35th place. Zimmermann, instead, flew ahead of the count with over 8 million chips There was also no glory for the French pro and poker coach Marine Rosalie Petit, who found herself 4-bet shoving with A-J (15BB effective stack) from HJ after BTN's 3-bet with 9-9. The board ran 9-2-3-4-Q, and Marine Rosalie Petit busted in 36th place, being the last woman standing: "I really enjoyed my experience here at The Grand Casino. - Marine told us - I will definitely come back to play again at some events! I started playing poker eight years ago and met my companion (Dinesh Alt, 6th on the Swiss ATML) playing a final table in Marrakech, where I won my WSOP Ring. I have met many nice people over the years, including my friends Jessica Teusl and Maria Lampropoulos. I love the game and started coaching around four years ago. The next step? Vegas for the WSOP, we always spend a couple of months there for a few years!" Mon 22nd, 19:00 - 55 left at dinner break! Things are getting spicy here at GCPoker Room, with 55 players still on the go out of the initial 177. Denis Zimmermann (Day1 A chip leader) jumped ahead of the count with a massive 6.3M stack after being moved out from the feature table. Besnik Lalinovci kept the line and is still in the Top 5 with 3.8M, as well as Emilia, who has managed to preserve his stack throughout the last two levels of play. Among the notable who have been eliminated, we found Mameche Slimane (Day1 G chip leader, out in 84th place), Borat90 (75th), Dritan Kaleci (62nd), Thomas Hoffman (57th) and Nuri Karo (56th). The action will resume with 30K/60K blinds, ante 60K and a 2M average stack. Here are the top stacks at the moment: Denis Zimmermann  6.3M SKAP 4.5M KJ 4.4M Thierry Sven Thomann 4.3M Besnik Lalinovci 3.8M Feryat Capar 3.7M Emilia 3.5M Jean Michel Kabbaj 3.3M Iroolf 3.2 Mon 22nd, 17:00 - 82 left at the break, Lalinovci ahead After the first four levels of play, the field was down to 82 players, and all survivors are now playing at 20K/40K blinds, ante 40K, and an average stack of 1.3M. Among the players who busted, we have Dorian Ushe (165th place), who decided to squeeze with a big size from the SB with A-J after an open and a call, having just half of his stack behind. On K-8-7, he opted for a shove, OR passed, and the flatter called with 4-4. Out as well Claudio Piceci (142nd place), Rene Kistler (137th), "spaceG" (129th), EPT finalist Lorenzo Arduini (121st), "xflixx" (115th), "Shadow72" (97th) and Andrea Roner (87th). Just before the break, a big hand involving "Nokia 3210" and Marine Rosalie Petit has brought the French player up to 2.6M, among the biggest stacks in play. Here's the action: "Nokia3210" opens from the HJ, and Marine Petit defends from the BB. On 8-8-6 rainbow OR c-bets around 20% pot, Marine Rosalie Petit raises up to 110 K (around 3.5x), OR calls. The turn is a 7. Marine Rosalie Petit leads out 300K on a 400K pot and "Nokia3210" calls. On a 3-river, Marine Rosalie Petit value-bets 350K and "Nokia3210" with around 500K left, tank-calls with 9-9. Marine Rosalie Petit jumped to 2.6M straight before the break and is now at the feature table. Here are the top stacks at the resume of the game: Besnik Lalinovci  3.6 Gregor 3.4 Denis Zimmermann 3.2 (head photo) Ramon Gonzalez Cruz  2.7 Emilia 2.7 Marine Rosalie Petit 2.6 Pavel Heger 2.3 Mon 22nd, 13:00 - Wolf Millionaire Day 3 begins! It took eleven days of intense battle to reach this moment. 177 players will compete throughout the day to bring their stack to the final day. The action starts with 8K/16K blinds, ante 16K, and a 650K average stack. Sun 21st, 22:15 - Bubble Time, Faton Berisha ahead! We are three eliminations away from the end of Day2 C, and Faton Berisha, Day1 K chip leader, is still ahead with around 1.5 million. The action will stop as soon as we're down to 87 players, so in a few orbits, we'll be approaching the bubble phase. Stay tuned! Sun 21st, 19:30 - Dinner break on Day2 C Faton Berisha, Day1 K chip leader, also leads Day2 C with a 1.4M stack while all 118 survivors are having a 30-minute dinner break. In the last half hour Samuel Ju raised up to 800K after a 3-way showdown against. ashort stack and "Emmella": open-raise for Ju, all-in for the short stack, just call for "Emmella", shove from Ju and call from "Emmella" who flips J-J, while short stack showed K-Q and Ju A-A. Two players out and more than a double up for Ju. Good run for Italy's Biagio De Frino who has been involved in a few big pots, the last of which has brought him up to 950K (with a Set of Deuces). Doing well also Lorenzo Arduini and Emilia with (more or less) the same stack. The action will resume at 5K/10K, ante 10K blinds and a 430K average stack. • 🇷🇸 Zoran Zivanović is the best on Day 3!

Entries 177/ Left 21 It was an intense day, to say the least, that ended at the GCPoker Room at the Grand Casino Liechtenstein, where the 177 qualifiers through the three available Day2s battled it out for 14 hours straight. In the end, 21 players were left to play for the chance to win the EuroRounders "Club" and a first prize of 200,000 Swiss francs (and change). We covered today's action in our live blog (available by CLICKING HERE), and, at the time to bag the stacks, Serbia's Zoran Zivanović (pictured below) had accumulated the biggest one. Due to a few too many language barriers, we were only able to snatch a few lines from the day's protagonist, who, rather pleased with what he had done today, limited himself to commenting as follows: "There were several situations where I had the best hand and managed to win some nice pots. I think I played well and hope to do even better tomorrow!" The Top 5 Zoran Zivanović closed at the top of the count with 9,425,000, followed by an indomitable Besnik Lalinovci at 8,250,000. Third position for "Ospite" with 8,175,000, fourth place for "KJ" (7,925,000) and fifth for the ever-present Andreas Fröhli (6,975,000), protagonist of several ups and downs throughout the day. Below is the complete count ahead of Day 2 tomorrow at 13:00. • 🇽🇰 Faton Berisha crushed Day2 C, 177 on Day3

Entries 871/ Left 87 Today, it was a historic day at the GCPoker Room in Benders, as 1,792 entries in a single tournament set an all-time attendance record here in Liechtenstein. The guaranteed prize pool of one million Swiss francs was far exceeded, and at the close of registration, the final number was CHF1,076,860. The best at Day2C played on Sunday, 21 April, was (again) Faton Berisha (photo below), chip leader at Day1 K and chip leader again this past evening: tomorrow at 13:00, he will start with the second biggest stack, preceded only by Denis Zimmermann, chip leader at Day2 A. "It was a great day," said Faton, "I had a great starting stack, which allowed me to put pressure on my opponents right from the start. There weren't any particular hands, except for one spot where I hit a set and managed to get paid well; for the rest, a lot of small pots. Tomorrow will be fun with 150 big blinds at my disposal; I'll try to make it to the final day!" The Top 5 And now, considering the 3 Day2s played so far, let's take a look at the Top 5 overall. As mentioned at the start, the biggest stack is that of Swiss Denis Zimmerman (2,181,000), followed by Faton Berisha (2,100,000). Third place went to Day2 B chip leader Wuttipong Favre (1,790,000), while fourth and fifth place went to Slovakian "Skap" (1,716,000) and Turkish Feyrat Capar (1,542,000). Entries 178/ Left 57 The last scheduled flight at The Wolf Millionaire Main Event, Day1 L, also came to a close, adding 57 qualifiers to the 134 from the flights played over the last three days. The biggest stack was bagged by "Giorgio" (photo below), the only one to exceed 500,000 chips in just 4 hours of play. "Live poker is not only about cards and odds but also about energy. I am an expert in numerology, and I pay attention to aspects that are perhaps underestimated by others. Above all, I try to understand who I have in front of me, interact with my opponents, and get into the right flow. On Day 2, I will have almost 100 big blinds. • 🇽🇰 Faton Berisha steals the show on Day1 K

Entries 149/ Left 31 The penultimate scheduled flight in these two particularly intense weeks at the GCPoker Room closes with 149 entries and 31 qualified players. Considering the 103 from the last four flights, the total rises to 134, pending Day1 L this morning at noon. The best, and luckiest, of all is Kosovar Faton Berisha (photo below), who managed to jump into the lead only in the final stages thanks to a considerable pot won with a splendid thin value that allowed him to close the heaviest envelope. "I decide to 3-bet in position with 7-7 on the opening of a player from EP and, on the flop, 10-8-2, my opponent bets. I Call. The turn is a 4. He bets again, and I call. On river two my opponent checks, I decide to bet about 1/3 pot for value and get called with a lower hand than mine. I'm delighted with how this day went, hopefully we'll do even better tomorrow!" The Top 5 Second in chips at Day1 K is Germany's Christian Hertel (509,000) followed by Serbia's Dalibor Milenkovic at 502,500. Croatia's Sinisa Bodrozic (442,500) and Italy's Biagio De Frino (419,500) close out the Top 5. • 🇳🇱 Chun Chang rocks on Day1 J

Entries 223/ Left 44 The first of Saturday's two flights has just finished, and 44 players have secured a seat for Day2 C, bringing the total to 103 after 4 Day1 qualifiers, pending the last two (the second flight of the day, Day1 K, and tomorrow's Turbo at midday). Closing the heaviest envelope was the Dutchman Chun Chang (photo below), the only one to close above one million (1,005,500, to be precise) among the last four flights. "Everything went right. I managed to build up a nice stack early on in the tournament, which allowed me to put pressure on my opponents from the start. Otherwise, I always had the best hand, so it was easier to end the day at the top of the count: it was my first bullet, and I managed to qualify straight away, not bad! I play professionally but almost exclusively live." The Top 5 Right behind the day's chip leader is Switzerland's Karo Nuri (842,000), followed in third by Vitalii Shcherba (550,000). • 🎙️ Giada Fang and Jack Bonora at the final table commentary of IPO Sanremo 2024!

The Italian event of the year, the IPO Sanremo, which will be held from 27 April to 7 June, is just a few days away, and the program is full of goodies for the occasion. Yes, because this year at the final table commentary, Jack Bonora will be joined by Giada Fang, who, in recent years, has become the Italian voice of poker as well as one of the best-known and best-loved players on the national scene. This is a choice that combines experience, know-how, and brilliance on both sides. In the afternoon, we had the pleasure of speaking with both of them and here is the result! Giada Fang's IPO premiere She has commented and still comments on many tables, first and foremost those of the most prestigious European tournament, the European Poker Tour. IPO is another significant experience that will enrich an already respectable curriculum: "I have commented with many well-known personalities in the field: Topkapias (Andrea Borea, ed.), Alberto Russo, Pierpaolo Fabretti Luca Pagano, Riccardo Lacchinelli... The funniest ones? Maybe they're less famous than the others, but they're really hilarious: Giuseppe Lovasto and Andrea Rinaldi. Outside the traditional channels, I happened to comment together with Zamp, David Zampini, and several others." Beyond the Ordinary Compared to the past, when there were not too many alternatives to television, nowadays, viewing takes place through different channels and platforms, necessarily changing its nature: "The way I comment changes significantly depending on the context. But let's say that, with experience, I have acquired automatisms that allow me to modulate my register according to the need. In general, I always try to comment in a way that is understandable to a broad audience. It's true that, for instance, there are many more young people on Twitch, and the audience is, on average, better prepared. Still, we mustn't underestimate the occasional people who follow us and those who are only recently approaching the game." The importance of being Giada EPT festival episodes, and that's recent news, are also broadcast on Dazn, contributing even more to identifying Giada, in the common imagination, as the mother voice of Italian poker: "Do I feel the weight of having become the Italian poker voice? More than a burden, it is a pleasure. With time, you get used to it. Then there is also the fact that having been sponsored for several years and having collaborated on so many projects, from coaching to TV programs, popularity is not something that scares me. I have many people who have been following me for years and who have written to me privately to congratulate me, telling me that it was a pleasure to be on commentary since some of them started playing when I was still doing the courses on Intellipoker. Some tell me, "Giada, you are my legend!" which makes me happy and, at the same time, makes me feel a bit old 🙂 . I'm delighted to join the big IPO family, which, after the end of the IPT era, has become the most prestigious national title ever. It's no coincidence that it also has the word 'Italian' in its name. The commentary with Jack Bonora? It will be a pleasure to work alongside him. We are talking about a great professional in the sector." Set of Jacks Moving to the other side of the fence, we asked Jack Bonora to tell us about the three key moments that characterized his (decades-long) experience as a poker commentator: "Let's start with the period of the poker boom on television. My first TV table as a commentator dates back to 14 June 2009 in Saint Vincent. In those years, there was an uncontrollable euphoria; poker was at its peak popularity, and everything was show business. The second was when I commented for the first time with faced-up cards because, let's not forget, in the early days, people commented without seeing the players' cards, and, especially in those years, it seemed incredible to peek at the hands in real-time. The third turning point came when delay was introduced. I had already noticed the attempts at the interaction between those at the table and those following a few meters away, but the switch was not so immediate." Comparing Eras "Before there was fashion, being a poker player was trendy, now it is not. What distinguishes the modern poker era is that concreteness has replaced the ephemeral because we lived through a phase in which it was enough to win a tournament (net of objective merits) to grab a sponsorship and become a media personality. Today, the level is infinitely higher, so much so that if we were to absurdly take today's players back 15 years, there would be no match. In other sports, however, if we put a basketball team from 2024 and one from 1984 in front of each other, the modern one would win hands down due to its much higher physicality. What are other differences from the past regarding commentary at the TV tables? In 2009, players often came in, from Gaspare Triolo to Giovanni Rizzo via Paolo Luini, Alice Nuvola, and many others: I always got on well with everyone." The Winning Couple "Most of the comments I made were with Cesare Antonini, and there is a deep friendship with him apart from the working relationship. This highly affects understanding, especially when the final table lasts long hours. Ours is deliberately a national-popular commentary; we both feel that the technical analysis is more up to the listener than us. Also, it is because everyone thinks they have their way. The real difference in commentary is the roles. The first voice must lead the second, and in turn, the second must be able to keep up. Giada? She is exceptional, very strong at the table, and pleasant on a human level. Compared to the commentary with Cesare, where the boundary between first and second voice is blurred precisely because of the experience and affinity matured over time, with Giada, it will be possible to deepen on a technical level in an impeccable manner, and then I will have to ask the right questions to enhance her role even more." ✅ The ♣️ Euro Rounders channel arrives on Messenger, allowing you to receive exclusive 🎁 promotions, 💝 gifts, and ℹ️ info on our events: https://m.me/eurorounders.poker?ref=w17848748 🟢 Join the WhatsApp Community of ♣️ Euro Rounders so you don't miss out on all the news from the live poker events calendar: https://chat.whatsapp.com/LyaMnSanFhVLXeP0io4jHc ♣️ Euro Rounders, for poker lovers Upcoming Events:

  • 🇫🇷Kevin Pichet ended ahead of everyone on Day1 I

Entries 92/ Left 16 The second of the two flights scheduled for today, Day1 I, also ended, thanks to which 16 players managed to make it through to Day 2 C on Sunday afternoon. The total number of qualifiers thus rises to 59 thanks to the 43 players from Day1 G and H, while waiting for the last three flights to be played on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 (the midday Turbo). Taking the cover was Kevin Pichet (photo above), thanks to the 747,500 chips he bagged at the end of the day, the second-highest stack of the last three flights played: "I bluffed a lot... - jokes Kevin - no, I actually had some good spots to chip in the last hour and a half after being average for most of the tournament. No, I'm not a pro. Maybe one day! I have played for 15 years out of passion and enjoy live poker. Hopefully, I'll do well in the next few days, too!" The Top 5 Second in the count answers to Robert Alois Reichen (630,000), followed by Italy's Angelo Arossi with 591,500. Agalliu Adriatik (572,500) and Merab Meladze (438,000) complete the top five. • "KJ" takes down Day1 H!

Entries 116/ Left 24 The first of the two flights scheduled today at the GCPoker Room, Day1 H of the Wolf Millionaire Main Event, ended with 24 qualifiers out of 116 entries. In total, we have 43 players sure to participate in Day1 C, which will be staged on Sunday afternoon. Waiting, of course, to see how many more players will manage to advance in the next scheduled flight. The best of them all today was Austria's 'KJ' (pictured above), who by the 12th level could already boast over 700,000 chips and managed to put 620,500 in the bag at the end of the day: "It went well for sure, - said KJ - I ran well for a good hour. I was keeping the average, and then I had a big pot when I had to make a hero call. How? I 3-bet from the BB with Aces, and BTN called. The flop was K-J-9. I made a C-bet, and he called; the turn was a blank (a 4, I bet again, and he called. River was a J, I bet 65K (35% of my stack and he went al-in. I wasn’t sure; it was a tough call because I didn’t know. I didn’t give him Q-T (straight) cause he would have played it differently. I put him on J-9 K-J or 9-9, but he could also bluff some hands. Ultimately, I made the call, and it was the right decision. Afterward, he admitted he was bluffing, though he had K-Q and could also just call. He told me he was putting me on A-K or Aces and tried to bluff me out. I’m actually a professional pool player, and GC Casino is my sponsor. I play poker only occasionally when it’s worth playing a tournament regarding prize pool and buy-in." The Top 5 Second in chips just behind "KJ" is Poland's "Easy call91" at 518,500, followed by Germany's Johann Schamne at 503,000. EPT finalist Lorenzo Arduini (491,500) and compatriot Alessio Benza (471,000) complete the Top 5. Below is the complete count at the end of Day1 H. • 🇫🇷Slimane Mameche makes it big on Day1G!

Entries 113/ Left 19 Day1 G also ended, the first in the last series of flights that will lead the qualifiers to play Day 2 C scheduled for Sunday afternoon, right after the midday Turbo. The entry counter stopped at 113, of which 65 were physical players and 48 re-entries, while 19 went through after the canonical 13 levels of play. The best was Frenchman Slimane Mameche, who made a crazy hand that allowed him to fly to the top of the count. In summary, Slimane decided to play the hand in the dark and found a call from most of the table. On the board A-K-8, everyone checks, and he, consistent with the line, bets 40% pot without having seen the cards yet: two calls. The turn is a Q, Slimane checks, the player to his left bets, and the other goes directly all-in for about 400,000 (we are at 5,000 blinds). At this point, Slimane decides to look at his cards and, much to his surprise, discovers that they are two Aces. There is a chance that one of them is holding J-T (closed straight), but the decision is now made call. His opponent shows J-T, as in the worst-case scenario. Only this evening did Lady Fortune decide to smile at him. The last Ace of the deck materialized on the river, giving him nice Quads and making him jump over 900,000 chips. At the end of the evening, we couldn't help but ask the protagonist of this crazy hand his impressions at the end of the day and why he decided to play in the dark: "It went pretty well," Slimane said, "Yes, I usually play all the EPTs, and I also go to Vegas for the WSOP, but I don't play buy-ins over 10,000. It's my first time here. I tried to make Day1 yesterday but got eliminated towards the end, so I tried again today... Often, when I'm at the table, and there's a big pot in play on the following hand, I always open it in the dark because whoever wins the big hand is happy and will tend not to waste his chips. He'll take care of them like he adopted a child and only play the top of his range. How many times have I won a hand this way? Several!" The Top 5 And having told you about this cinematic hit, let's review the top positions: second in chips today is Slovak Julius Legen with 707,500, followed by Franco Pugliese at 612,500 after leading the tournament for long stretches. Completing the Top 5 are two Germans, Simon Fabian Ernst Feistle (548,500) and Action Flo (477,000). Here is the complete list of the 19 qualifiers from Day1 G. • 🇨🇭Wuttipong Favre in the lead at Day2 B

Entries 72/ Left 40 It is hard not to think that, in a way, someone is holding the reins of destiny and arbitrarily deciding whether to pull one way or the other. We are referring to the hand that sent Wuttipong Favre into orbit in the count with two eliminations to go on the Day. Before going into the details, though, let's recap the numbers: the 52 qualifiers from Day 2A are joined by another 40 players from Day 2 B, which just finished, making a total of 92 players sure to participate in Day 3 following Monday. And now let's return to the hand in question, which pits Andreas Fröhli, chip leader at the table, against Wuttipong Favre. The hand in a nutshell: Fröhli decided to cold 4-bet 22BB (we're a T12K), Wuttipong Favre 5-bet jammed with A♦️ K♥️, and Fröhli, after a few considerations, decided to make the call for 67BB effective with A♥️ Q♥️. The flop K♦️ 9♥️ J♥️ gave Fröhli (pic below) plenty of outs, but he was unable to eliminate his opponent due to a K♠️ and a 6♠️ between Turn and River. Thanks to this showdown, Wuttipong Favre took the lead and remained there until the close of the Day. Why did we talk about destiny at the beginning? Because the two found themselves fighting, albeit at two different tables, for the chip leading at Day1 D when 5,000 was up for grabs. On that occasion, Fröhli, with a 3-bet bluff that went in on the penultimate hand, overpowered Wuttipong Favre by a handful of blinds and secured first place. It is most curious that the most crucial hand of Day 2 featured the two players mentioned above. "The hand against Fröhli? - says Favre warmly - Impossible to fold; I think the shove is the best move even though we were two outs away from the bubble. I am very happy with my tournament. Day 1 went very well. Today, I was card-dead for a few hours, but at the end of the day, I can't complain about my stack! In poker, it's not how much you start with but how many chips you finish with. I'm not a professional, but I love live poker, and this tournament was the ideal opportunity to play a little here, as several of my friends also came. Besides, I love this casino: it's spacious, the organization is impeccable, and the service is excellent!" The Top 5 Second in the count is the German "Hempmaster" of the "GRND" team (photo below, top left) with 1,434,000, followed by Besnik Lalinovci at 1,430,000. Christian Beer, 1,214,000, and "Shadow72," 1,160,000 complete the top five. The entire Day 2 B count follows.
