Entries 253/ Left 37

The first of today’s two flights, Day 1E Normal, with 40-minute levels, of the EPO Mystery Bounty €1,000,000 guaranteed, concluded around 10:30 PM. A total of 189 unique players participated in this first flight of the day, and with an additional 64 re-entries, the total number of entries reached 253, with 38 players qualifying for Day 2.

The chip leader is Son Goku from Israel, the only player to surpass the one-million-chip mark. He bagged an impressive 1,438,000 chips by the end of the day. Here’s what he had to say:

“To be honest, I arrived at the table pretty short-stacked, with just 145,000, while everyone else had much larger stacks. Thanks to several excellent starting hands, I managed to open up my game significantly and win some key post-flop hands.

My table wasn’t easy, as there were many skilled players, but I’m thrilled to have finished with such a substantial stack. I love this format and can’t wait to play Day 2.”
