🇩🇪 Cengiz Michael Schwalgun tops the count on IPS Day3!

The Day 3 of the IPS – Italian Poker Sport Main Event came to an end around 1 a.m., with 98 players returning to the tables at the start of the day and 60-minute levels in play. By the end of the session, the field was reduced to 9 players, who will be back tomorrow for the Final Day, scheduled to begin at 2 p.m.



Germany’s Cengiz Michael Schwalgun closed the day as the overall chip leader, bagging 57,750,000 chips. It was instead the end of the road for Claudio Di Giacomo, the Italian chip leader at the end of Day 2, as well as for Jackson Five, who had started the day at the top of the count but failed to make it past the final four tables.


Italy will be strongly represented at the final table, with Daniele Sacchi, Andrea Marchi, Mauro Ortu and Antonio De Lucia sitting in fourth, sixth, seventh and eighth position, respectively.



Top 5


Looking at the Top 5, behind Schwalgun we find Marian Uharcek with 41,325,000 chips, followed by Aram Ali on 38,325,000. As mentioned, Daniele Sacchi sits fourth with 34,225,000, while Czech player Dalibor Dula rounds out the Top 5 with 27,950,000 chips.
