The first flight played today, Saturday, March 14, here at King’s Resort Rozvadov, has just concluded with 1,368 entries and 136 players qualifying for Day 2, which will take place tomorrow afternoon.
The standout performer of the day was Poland’s Marek Szczepanski, who bagged 1,337,000 chips at the end of play. His performance also earned him a €1,150 ticket for the upcoming Super Main Event.
Top 5
Looking at the top five, behind Szczepanski we find Germany’s Leonardo Saghafeee Yazdi with 1,328,000, followed by France’s Nathalie Vecchio with 1,295,000. Completing the top five are Ciprian Olariu with 1,044,000 and Norway’s Nikolai Mattias Meyer-Nielsen with 954,000 chips.
