Entries 83/Left 11

Day 1D of La Notte degli Assi, featuring a €1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool, came to an end in the early hours of the morning after another long session at King’s Resort Rozvadov.

The flight attracted a total of 83 entries and sent 11 players through to Sunday’s Day 2.

Stealing the spotlight was Belarusian player Dzmitry Shymanski, who bagged 984,000 chips and also secured the €1,150 ticket for the next King’s Million awarded to the flight chip leader.

His performance was largely built around one key hand shortly before the money bubble, when he found himself involved in a massive three-way pot against Vlastislav Chladil and Pink Devil.

From that moment on, Shymanski never relinquished control of the leaderboard. We covered the hand in detail in our live blog, which you can revisit by clicking HERE.
