Day 1G of La Notte degli Assi has officially come to an end and proved to be the largest flight of the tournament so far, attracting a total of 482 entries and sending 61 players through to Day 2, scheduled to begin on Sunday at 5:30 PM.
The flight was dominated by Greece’s Vlantouz Kourka, who bagged 1,296,000 chips. His performance moves him into second place in the overall chip count, making him one of the leading contenders heading into Day 2.
Top 5
Looking at the top five, Kourka’s 1,296,000 chips are followed by Belgium’s Leandro Gaone with 1,100,000. Third place belongs to Romania’s RSSS, who finished the day with 1,012,000 chips.
Fourth and fifth positions are occupied by Germany’s Bernd Koehler with 930,000 and Sweden’s Mano with 879,000, respectively.
