The first three Day 1 flights of the People’s Poker Tour Main Event, featuring a €250,000 guaranteed prize pool, are now in the books. Across the opening weekend, the tournament drew a solid turnout inside the main hall of the Perla Resort & Entertainment in Nova Gorica. Here’s a look at how each flight unfolded.
Day 1A was dominated by Gregor Svetičič, who topped the field and bagged 567,000 chips. Right behind him was Marko Milanovič with 562,000, followed by Hodzič Sejdefa in third position with 490,000.
In Day 1B, it was Niki Prela who set the pace, closing the night as chip leader with 841,000. Eros Scognamiglio and Milan Ajdišek followed with 635,000 each, completing the trio at the top.
Day 1C produced another ten qualifiers, led by Alessandro Levorato, with Davide Ceglia and Wissam Ouertani finishing the flight in second and third place, respectively.
