The biggest opening flight so far has officially come to an end, with 116 players advancing from Day 1E of the EPM – Euro Poker Million 2026 Main Event.
The flight attracted 1,164 entries, making it the largest starting flight of the festival so far, although Saturday’s morning flight is expected to draw an even bigger crowd, potentially surpassing 1,500 entries.
Topping the field is Austria’s Japiko, who bagged an impressive 1,959,000 chips, enough to secure not only the Day 1E chip lead but also a €1,150 ticket for the next King’s Super Main Event.
Top 5
Italy’s Armando Scognamiglio finished second with 1,779,000 chips, followed by Tigran Piloyan on 1,705,000.
Rounding out the Top 5 are Paul Vlad Craciunas with 1,584,000 and Italy’s Davide Ceglia, who ended the day with 1,579,000 chips.
The complete list of all 116 Day 1E qualifiers, including the remaining Italian players, can be found below. Bringing up the rear is Chiara Crescimone, who successfully bagged 50,000 chips to secure her place in Day 2.
