Day 1 of the tournament concluded with 276 entries, and a significant number of players qualified for Day 2, scheduled for Sunday afternoon. The structure featured 40-minute levels, characteristic of a standard flight.
Swiss player Thierry Sven Thomann led the day’s chip count, who closed with an impressive stack of over 1,200,000 chips.
Thanks to this performance, Thomann claimed the top spot in the daily count and secured a ticket to the WPT Main Event in Las Vegas. Here’s what he had to say at the end of the day:
"È stata una giornata fantastica, è filato tutto liscio, ho chiuso i punti nei momenti giusti e quando va così è tutto più semplice. Sono riuscito a fare stack già prima della fine della late registration e da quel momento in poi si è trattato più che altro di amministrare la situazione.
Il ticket per il WPT? Sono felice e sorpreso allo stesso tempo, credevo si trattasse di una tappa qui in Liechtenstein, non sapevo fosse il Main Event che si gioca a Las Vegas..."

Switzerland’s Thierry Thomann leads the pack, who finished with an impressive 1,230,000 chips. Close behind is fellow Swiss player Marcel Brunner, bagging 1,122,000, while Frenchman Delval Gouzil secures third place with 1,051,000 chips.
In fourth, Dylan Lambert from El Salvador ends the day with 979,000, while Swiss player Livio Stoop completes the Top 5 with a stack of 835,000. Below is the full list of 22 players who advanced to Day 2 from Day 1C, which has just concluded.
