Day 1C of the Wolf Millionaire Main Event has officially come to an end, with 17 survivors advancing from the third starting flight of the weekend here at King’s Resort Rozvadov. The event attracted a total of 167 entries, and as always, 12.5% of the field moved into the money with a €600 min-cash and a ticket to Day 2.

On top of that, the two chip leaders of the day also secured extra prizes: a €350 entry to the upcoming King’s Million Main Event and a €550 seat to the WSOP Europe Colossus.

The best of the day was Enzo Tommasone, who bagged an impressive 1.288.000 stack. Here’s what he told us right after the bagging.

“It’s actually the first bullet I’ve fired in this tournament — a miracle, since usually I go through ten. These structures really allow for it, you know?

The key hand came against a French reg sitting in seat 6. He changed his open size; instead of his usual 2.3x from early position, he opened for 2x. From the cutoff he 3-bet, and I figured he was light (which wasn't eventually...). So I 4-bet with Q9 suited from the button. He called.

The pot was already massive — around 300,000 with blinds at 10k. The flop came K-9-3 rainbow. He checked, I checked back. The turn was a queen, giving me two pair. He checked again. At that point I was convinced he had enough value hands, otherwise he would have bet earlier. I bet, he tanked for five minutes and eventually called with Ace-King.

River was a blank, and that pot saved me — almost a million in chips right there.”

As for the Top 5, alongside the already mentioned Enzo Tommasone leading the count with 1,238,000 chips, we find Eduard Bagrov in second place with 1,006,000, followed by the Romanian Uncle Nick with 951,000.

Fourth and fifth spots go respectively to Robert Walter Huber with 615,000 and Poland’s Tomasz Henryk Kubica with 604,000. Below you can find the full list of the 17 qualifiers advancing from Day 1C.
