Entries 85/Left 13

The Turbo Day 1 has come to an end, adding 85 more entries and sending 13 players through to Day 2, where they will, of course, join the qualifiers from the previous flights.
The standout performer of the day was Poland’s Nikodem Charzewski, who finished as chip leader with 696,000 chips. Here are his immediate impressions at the end of the session:
It was a really interesting day. This was actually my first bullet today, my first entry in the Main Event.
Before that, I played seven satellite attempts over the past days, but I never managed to qualify, so I didn’t really expect much coming in.
I was honestly a bit surprised by how things went. The key hand came near the end: I had pocket threes against Ace-Queen, and I managed to hold. That was basically the turning point of my day.
I don’t play professionally, poker is just a hobby for me. But I’m very happy with how this day ended.
Top 5
As for the Top 5, alongside the chip leader we find Lulei Hu with 548,000, followed by Marco Di Persio on 488,000.
Rounding out the Top 5 are Rokas Barzdius with 436,000 and Yannick Jobin with 301,000.
Below you’ll find the full list of all 13 qualifiers advancing from today’s Turbo flight
