  • Wolf Millionaire - Marco Perra: "Many play online to prove something themselves, but live..."

It's hard to say whether it's the (common) island origins or the somewhat unconventional personality, but the interview with one of the upcoming protagonists at the Wolf Millionaire to be played at the GCPoker Room in Bendern, Liechtenstein, was enjoyable. Marco Perra, or "Peraz77" if you prefer, is among the emerging characters in the national poker scene and not only for his results at the tables but also for his skills as an entertainer through his Twitch channel, which currently boasts over 3 thousand subscribers. In recent times, his presence at live tournaments has become a constant, a fact that is anything but coincidental, the result of both poker and personal maturation, two aspects that hardly travel on different tracks: "One of the beliefs that has changed over time concerns the consideration I had of online and live. Wrongly, I always saw the live game more for recreational players, while the online was the real challenge. It took me a while to realize instead that if the field is easier since I do this for a living, you don't have to avoid it. Many people play where the field is tougher to prove something to themselves and I fell for it too. The difference is that I used to make two or three trips a year, maybe to meet some players I met online in person, but now the ratio between live and online is more balanced." Paradigm shift "At the moment poker is mainly work, it has lost some of the magic it had when I watched it on TV. I'm traveling around Europe playing cards and I can't complain, I manage myself, I do what I want." One of Marco's main characteristics is his authenticity. We are therefore not surprised by his answer to the question of whether or not he had any reference players or streamers: "The truth is that I don't care about anyone. It happened that someone came to the chat and asked me for a Top 3: punctually I make up some bullshit because I don't have any ranking in my head." The poker turnaround "I was born as an arm player and had to restrain myself a lot. The first switch was when I met 'Il Giuglia' (Luigi D'Alterio ed.), the path I took with him represents the first turning point in my career. Although last year didn't go well at all, I started to study solvers and, above all, to create my own identity, my game strategies I study alone at the moment. Have I ever thought about quitting and doing something else? Absolutely, and it's not even that far back in time. I didn't feel like playing anymore and Twtich gave me the push to continue: it's no coincidence that once or twice a month I have a session without streaming." READ ALSO: 🎙️ "Mystery Bounty? I've never won a single bounty!" - Giada Fang at EPM to break the taboo! Ciao bimbi This is how "Peraz77" greets, in his way, the viewers at the live shows on Twitch. One to whom the role of poker player is a tight fit, as I could already see from his look, which betrays his past as a tattoo artist: "The first stream? I remember it very well and yes, I was a bit embarrassed at first, but it was short-lived. Although I have always avoided being the center of attention, in time I realized that I like it, in fact I enjoy it. I've always been a big Twitch user, even when I play a monitor is always on some extra poker channel. The poker channels I've never seen as entertainment but more as education because I was learning something more than just enjoying the live games. My channel is famous for its playlists, I play a lot from opera to techno and many other genres, although the one I put most in the streams is hip-hop because it creates a nice background. The high points, however, are reached with Italian pieces from the 2000s!" "I don't have adoring fans, I appreciate appreciation but if you put me on a pedestal I'm not into it. I remember once, in Barcelona, a guy came up to me and introduced himself as one of my biggest fans... Have I ever met anyone through my streams? It was the opposite, I made a nice friendship with a League Of Legends streamer, 'Greta Rei', and I went a little behind the scenes at Twitch Italia. Criticism? They always get a lot, but confidence in one's means makes the difference in these cases. If you have your confidence, you get over it without a problem." READ ALSO: 🎙️ EMP Mystery Bounty Andrea Iocco: Thrilled to try it live, in Rozvadov for the cash action as well!" Cross and delight Especially at the beginning, a player's career can be affected by events. In Marco's case, the biggest emotion and disappointment came within a few days: "The best and worst moment of my career? I could put them together. I had only been playing for two years and won a package for the Estrellas in Barcelona for 1,100€, including hotel and expenses. As a kid, I used to get excited watching the EPT on television, and to find myself playing there was a dream. Ah, I went there alone of course. I mean, after a level and a half I crossed K-K against A-A and was eliminated. Obviously I didn't have the bankroll to get back in even though the table was quite affordable and I went back to the hotel. Dejected!" Introspezione Becoming a professional poker player is not just about learning a game strategy and putting it into action at the tables. It is a 360-degree work on oneself, proving that the game is not just about clicking the right buttons: "Playing poker allows you to look inside yourself and observe all your limits on a character level, the work on the mindset is very important because being a poker player by profession is extremely stressful even if you are sitting in front of a monitor. Last year I swung a lot and just when everything seemed to be going against me I found an activity that saved my career. I have always been a sportsman but after the pandemic, I have sat back a bit. From then on I started taking long walks, which positively influenced my mind. Now, when I come home after a good walk, I sit down and have a more positive mindset when I play. Perhaps it is no coincidence that since I started doing them I have started winning again. What has changed since I chose to do this for work? Mainly my habits: I've always liked going out, going on nights out, going dancing, and playing regularly this was no longer possible. After the first period, however, I gave myself some rules and forced myself to stop on Fridays and Saturdays, literally turning off the computer." • 🎙️ EMP Mystery Bounty Andrea Iocco: Thrilled to try it live, in Rozvadov for the cash action as well!"

Less than a week to go before the start of the EPM Mystery Bounty, a tournament that will be held in Rozvadov from 3 to 8 April (CLICK HERE to find out all about the event), and many want to pop over to the Czech lands to discover this new and captivating format. Among these is also Andrea Iocco, whom we met at the last Skill Poker Master and who, from next week, will join us at King's Resort: "What drives me to stop in Rozvadov for the EPM Mystery Bounty? Curiosity,' confesses Andrea Iocco, 'because it's not exactly the format I prefer, I'm more for tournaments without a bounty. However, a friend invited me, and all in all, it's something new, so why not try it?" "The initial idea was to go and do some cash-gaming, it's a variant I started to study right after Covid. Throwing myself into a new discipline has boosted my motivation, also because I have always played tournaments and in the long run you need new inputs. I also think I've improved technically and Rozvadov is a good opportunity to do both some cash and try Mystery Bounty live. Online I've played a few but, truth be told, I'm not very strong and probably won't have much of an edge. Ultimately though it's just any tournament until the bounty is introduced, so I'll try my best until that stage and then we'll see. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)" LEGGI ANCHE: 🎙️ "Ai Mystery Bounty non ho mai vinto una taglia!" - Giada Fang all'EPM per sfatare il tabù! Grinder's life "I'm currently living in Croatia, playing mainly online cash games and tournaments when there are big events on different 'dot com' rooms. I am playing more and more live and, in the next couple of months, there are several events scheduled: from the EPM Mystery Bounty to the ISOP, via the Tana, and of course the Ipo Sanremo. What do I prefer between online and live? The best results have come live, I've always seen online as a gym. Everyone is probably more predisposed to something and as far as I'm concerned I prefer live, although online I'm improving a lot. I study solvers and constantly compare myself with several of my friends, top regulars who specialize in cash gaming." The bottom line How many times have you heard the phrase "poker is an ever-changing game", or something similar? It is certainly not an exercise in rhetoric, because the changes are there and they inevitably affect the entire field, from top regulars to amateurs. Here's what Andrea thinks about it: "On the one hand, I think the field has improved, especially after Covid. It's as if there has been a skimming, a natural selection let's say. There are only the occasional players left who are holding their own at the table despite their technical deficiencies, but in general, I have seen a nice generational change. Just the other day, talking to a friend, we noticed that at the Skill Poker Master, there were quite a few players online. Paradoxically, they are not the ones who frighten me most at the table, because a player who goes from online to live without experience does not perform as well as when he is in front of the computer. I would be more afraid of an average live reg because he knows how to stay at the table and gives fewer tells than a live poker novice." LEGGI ANCHE: 🎙️La carica di Aris Theodoridis per il prossimo IPO: "Lì, dove tutto è iniziato. Sanremo, città dei sogni!" Podcast che passione! In addition to poker played, Andrea Iocco has also recently dedicated himself to interviewing some of the most well-known personalities on the national poker scene via his YouTube channel: "I am a big fan of podcasts, I don't know how many I will have devoured... From history to news, from politics to sport, but especially poker. One of the ones I'm inspired by is Joe Ingram, I've seen almost all of his podcasts and it's thanks to him that I got the idea to open a channel on YouTube. For me it's a passion, I started as a game and I don't do it to appear but rather to give back something that, in my time, I received from others. I intend to make listeners passionate about the game and its characters, that's my goal. That's why, and I would like to emphasize this, I don't buy subscribers like many others do, especially at the beginning. I like to do things naturally and if one day the following grows I will be very happy, but I don't set myself any expectations. I try to interview interesting profiles and the feedback is good, people like it. Some people recognize me at the table and give me moral support to continue. In the past I used to stream on Twich and my channel is still active but I preferred not to continue because Twich requires a lot of perseverance, it's like a job. And in a way, the passion factor started to disappear because there you have to hammer to get a good following." LEGGI ANCHE: 🎙️ Davide Ferrone: "Il poker come metafora di vita. Mystery Bounty? • 🇪🇺 All you need to know about EPM Mystery Bounty!

Did you think Mystery Bounty tournaments had gone unnoticed by EuroRounders' staff? From the 3rd to the 8th of April, at King's Resort in Rozvadov, Czech Republic, the €1 million guaranteed Euro Poker Million will be held in the most captivating last year's format! After the astounding results recorded at the France Poker Festival last 5 March (4,679 entries in the edition won by Vladyslav Pohribnyi) and at the IPS 52nd edition a month earlier (4,933 entries in the edition won by Ran Shahar) it was necessary to keep the pace and EPM Mystery Bounty is just what was needed. In the last two editions, the Euro Poker Million recorded 2,285 entries in the 'Spring Edition' won by Romanian Stefan Drusca on 10 April and 1,913 in the September edition, with Aliaksei Chernak raising-up the EuroRounders' Club to the sky. EPM Mystery Bounty The Euro Poker Million in the Mystery Bounty format will be staged at King's Resort in Rozvadov from the 3rd to the 8th of April. It will include 8 Day1s (as well as the Sunday morning Turbo flight, absent from the last September edition), 4 Satellites, and 4 Side Events for a total of €1,085,000 in guaranteed prize money. In addition to the €1 million guaranteed Main Event, there will be space for two €10,000 GTD Side Events each (with a cap of 180 players), a €15,000 GTD Side Event and the €1,100 buy-in and €50,000 GTD High Roller tournament with a cap of 250 players. What is Mystery Bounty? For those of you who have been on the Moon for the past year and a half, Mystery Bounty tournaments are one of the newest features (online first and live later), the new frontier of the Bounty format that has been so successful recently. Unlike classic Bounty and Progressive KOs, Mystery Bounty will only enter the Bounty mode in the late stages of the tournament (Bounty will be active from Day 2, with 12% of the field in play). Approximately 40% of the prize pool will be redistributed in bounties of different values, as many as the number of players qualified for Day 2. When a player is eliminated, his or her bounty winner will receive an envelope containing a bounty of a mysterious amount, ranging from a minimum of €200 to a maximum of €100,000. EPM Mystery Bounty - The Main Event Unlike the IPS Festival, which included at least one Side Event each day, EPM Mystery Bounty is a concentrate of adrenaline packed into six days of play, including all Day1s, with little room for the rest. Except for Wednesday the 3rd, in fact, from Thursday to Saturday there will be two qualifying flights every day: the first in "Normal" format with 40-minute levels starting at noon (on Thursday) and at 11:00 (Friday and Saturday), while the second in "Speed" format with 30-minute levels (every day until Saturday starting at 18:00). The highlight is still Sunday with the Turbo flight (20 minutes per level) at 11:00 and the Day 2 (50 minutes per level) starting at 17:00. Remember that all Day1s will be played down to 12% of the field. ITM zone will begin once 10% of the field has been reached, while the Mystery Bounty mode will be active from the start of Day 2 for all qualifiers. The Final Day is set for Monday with the start at 14:00 and live streaming with Italian commentary on our Youtube channel which, if you haven't already done so, we invite you to subscribe to and activate the🔔 bell. The reason for this is simple: in both regular KOs and Progressive KOs the bounty amount is a given, and it is therefore possible to calculate the expected value (EV) of a given action allowing us to make appropriate adjustments to our game strategy. In the case of Mystery Bounty, the only data we can have at our disposal is the average bounty amount considering all bounties in play at that precise moment. Even in this case, however, we will never have a precise idea of how profitable (or not) a certain move will be in a given scenario. We explored this topic in our interview with Giada Fang, which you can read CLICK HERE Do not mess up with your strategy: The idea of getting your hands on the €100,000 bounty could upset any plan, indeed it is still a poker tournament and to do well you need to master a solid basic strategy (apart from luck, always necessary as in poker, as in life). So, our first hint is to play at our best using what we're confident at, instead of pursuing a 5-figure prize out of (approx.) 300 available bags. Some will be luckier than others, that's true, but if we expose ourselves to excessive risks (thus compromising our tournament life) to get a mystery bounty, we preclude ourselves from going all the way through. Trying out morning Day1s: To some of you it might seem like a trifle, but it's not. This is because the extra 10 minutes per level guaranteed by the "Normal" flight (40-minute blinds instead of 30), guarantees that extra bit of playability necessary to develop one's strategy in the best possible way. Getting to Day 2 at any rate: the opportunities to get into the 12% of the field are there and they are many. Eight qualifying flights with a maximum of 2 re-entries each should be enough, except for (not so) rare caes of bad runs, to carry a stack to the next day. Especially in a Mystery Bounty tournament, going into Day 2 with a chance to draw the heaviest envelope regardless of the size of your stack is an added incentive to qualify at any rate or so. Planning the day: OK to hit Day 2, but what's the point of being tired at the most important stage of the tournament where decisions can shift thousands and thousands of euros on either side of the table? As in this case, and the same goes in all tournaments spread over several days, it is fundamental to know how best to manage one's resources in view of what could be a real marathon, poker-wise of course. It is not easy to sit (and concentrate) for a dozen hours a day (if not more), let's take note of that. • 🎙️ "Mystery Bounty? I've never won a single bounty!" - Giada Fang at EPM to break the taboo!

Since online poker landed in Italy, she's always been on the front line. Among the firsts to receive a sponsorship from the leading brand, it might sound inappropriate to confine her behind the label of poker pro because Giada Fang has never limited herself only to the game played. During the last year, she became the Italian poker speaker paired with Alberto Russo, providing her precious technical commentary on the European Poker Tour Main Event. Just in the last few weeks came to light the latest book on which she worked as a translator from English to Italian (in this case together with Marcello Papa, on sale on Amazon CLICKING HERE), "La GTO Sempligicata", the third of Dara O'Kearney's series, and the fifth in her career if we consider the two volumes of "The Mental Game of Poker" by Jared Tendler. Great connoisseur, and enthusiast, of the game Giada Fang will be present at the next EPM Mystery Bounty to be held in Rozvadov from 3 to 8 April. Who then, better than her, to talk about the new format that is stealing the scene among online and live tournaments, as in our case: "The first time I played a Mystery Bounty I ended up 16th... Since I deactivated all animations, I didn't realize the format and, so far, I didn't even get a bounty! - Giada told us in the afternoon. "To tell you the truth, it's not like things were any different in the other Mystery Bounty games I played: I had some good deep runs but when it came to opening the bags... It was a disaster! Both at the 550 in the Bahamas where I ended up again in 16th place, and one in Barcelona where I came out 9th at the final table. Without any bounties of course!" How to play a Mystery Bounty? They are undoubtedly the novelty of 2023. Mystery Bounty tournaments first caught on online and, not too late, live. The bounty mode comes into play after the bubble bursts and allows, whoever eliminates a player, to get a "mysterious envelope" containing a prize of an unknown amount (ranging from a minimum to a maximum set, in the case of EPM the biggest bounty being 100,000 euros): "There is no precise study on this format yet, also because these are normal tournaments both in the initial phase and once the biggest bounties come out. Certainly, in the intermediate phase with most of the bounties still in play, the game is more exposed to variance, especially if the bigger ones haven't come out yet. Let's say that these are just strategic adjustments coming from common sense because it is difficult to know exactly how much to widen the ranges based on the average size of a bounty, precisely because it is an average amount that does not say anything about the Expected Value of the individual bounty in that precise moment." From table to commentary The youngest may not remember Alberto Russo's voice when, in the early days of online poker, he used to be the leading voice, together with Dario Minieri, on famous pros' hands commentary. For the past year or so Giada has been back in the commentary booth along with "Grande Alba" (or "Great Dawn" if you prefer), succeeding the timeless duo formed by Andrea Borea and Antonio Graziano who delighted us for almost a decade: "Back in 2013 I was already commentating on Poker Italia 24 and it is a parallel activity that I have always carried out with great passion. I'm thrilled to be doing it in Italian and we have a large following base, as there has always been a large audience in Italy. This experience comes at just the right time, I've been missing doing it even if, unfortunately, interaction is limited since we don't have a chat room to reply." The Fifth Fatigue It was 2015 when Giada Fang first translated a book on poker into Italian. In that case, it was "The Mental Game of Poker" by Jared Tendler, a manual that for some has become a Bible considering also the little literature available on the subject. Since then, with Dara O'Kearney's 'La GTO Semplificata', there have been five books on which he has put his signature in the Italian edition. Here is how the translator's work unfolds: "First we read the book individually to get a general idea of what to do, and then we divide the chapters. I generally take care of the theoretical part, leaving the technical part to Marcello, as I manage it pretty well with anecdotes, specific terminology, and the discursive part." "Paradoxically, the technical one with tabs and so on is easier. In fact, during the translation, not so many adjustments are necessary. Once the bulk of the work is done, we talk again several times to correct the proofs together and send everything to the typesetter. Is that all? Not exactly: "No, the job isn't done, because once the layout is ready, the whole job has to be revised once more. Even if it seems like an easy task, it takes several months before going to press. Has working as a translator helped me as a player? Absolutely. Especially this last book about Game Theory, as I've been practicing with solvers for quite some time, it helps you to fix the fundamental concepts of GTO and make you remember some cornerstones that you tend to forget over time." ✅ The ♣️ Euro Rounders channel arrives on Messenger, allowing you to receive exclusive 🎁 promotions, 💝 gifts, and ℹ️ info on our events: https://m.me/eurorounders.poker?ref=w17848748 🟢 Join the WhatsApp Community of ♣️ Euro Rounders so you don't miss out on all the news from the live poker events calendar: https://chat.whatsapp.com/LyaMnSanFhVLXeP0io4jHc ♣️ Euro Rounders, for poker lovers Upcoming Events:

  • 🇨🇭Claudio Piceci's triumphal ride at ⚔️Warriors Main Event!

Entries 819/ Left 17 Judging by the final photo, with all four protagonists of the deal that crowned Claudio Piceci winner of the Warriors Main Event that has just ended at the GC Poker Room in Bendern, Liechtenstein, one might say that for once the "good guys" won. In reality, we are neither on a battlefield nor a film set, yet the joy that spreads from their faces is contagious, to say the least, as is the smile of Claudio Piceci, capable of putting the seal on a tournament that has been elected him as the predestined. Yes, because his ride has been a triumph since Day 1 as if the stars had chosen who should have the honor of raising the "EuroRounders Club" to the sky. And we're not just saying this to show off rhetoric, on the contrary, we'll prove it by telling you the three key steps that, from Day 1 to the Final Day, led him to success. To review the streaming of the final table CLICK HERE. The exploit on Day1 The last hands of Day1 D are being played, hands that are very important in the tournament's economy as the "Chipleader Bonuses" ranking is at stake, with €10,000 up for grabs for the best three stacks coming from Day1 C and D. Considering the final payout, which gives CHF 4,720 to the eighth-place finisher, arriving first is equivalent to having hit the final table, albeit virtually. When Claudio finds himself raising with K-Q against the Big Blind's 3-bet with about 60 blinds behind, he has no idea that from that moment on, the fate of his tournament is about to take an exact direction. Call. On the flop comes A-J-x, his opponent makes a continuation bet for about 1/4 of the pot and Claudio calls. The turn is a 10 which gives him Flush. The Big Blind this time opts for a size of about 3/4 pot: "Just call". The pot is already huge and as soon as another "blank" materializes on the board, the dealer places the All-in triangle in front of the player on the Big Blind. Claudio's call comes even before knowing the amount of the All-in (170,000), because he is sure to take home at least half the pot with his hand. His opponent shows A-A, Set hit on the flop, and his entire stack ends up on the other side of the table, allowing our protagonist to overtake in one fell swoop the two most credited contenders to win the ranking up to that moment, namely "Emmella" and Rene Kistler. "I had promised a slice of the prize to my partner before coming here," Claudio told us at the end of the day. A promise kept, although the best is yet to come. The cinematic hand at Day2 Nicola Diaco closed Day 1 A with a monster stack of 1,392,000 at blinds 2,000/5,000, the equivalent of 278 big blinds. With such an advantage playing the bubble zone becomes a piece of cake and in fact, after the first three levels of play his stack is well over 2 million when the tournament average is just under 400,000 chips. It would seem to be one of those tournaments where all you need to do to reach the final table is to go on autopilot. But in his way, at the redraw after the dinner break, is Claudio Piceci with just over a million. The spot, which we recounted in detail in our LIVE BLOG, goes like this: the blinds are 6K/12K, ante 12K, and Symeon Alexandridis opens 25K from UTG with 6-7s, Nicola Diaco (who at that moment has about 2 and a half million) decides to flop with Q♦️ J♠️ from HJ, leaving Claudio the sweet task of adding a big blind and a half from the BB with A♣️ 9♣️. The flop 6♣️ 8♣️ 3♦️ is quite inviting, Piceci and Alexandridis check, leaving the initiative to Diaco who bets 30K (about 20% of the pot). Piceci calls and Alexandridis folds. The turn is a 2♣️ which gives Claudio the Nut Flush, who checks again, while Diaco bets 85K (about half the pot). Call. On the river A❤️ falls, Piceci leads out for 180K and Diaco raises to 450K. At this point, Claudio doesn't have as many alternatives other than putting all the chips in the middle. And so it happens. What in almost all cases should be an "easy fold" on Diaco's part, turns into a science fiction "hero-call" with Queen High, for a pot of 5 times the tournament average. And no, it's not a joke but it's all true. The comeback on the Final Day If there was a danger to be defused on the Final Day, it answered to the name, pardon, the nickname of 'Allegro', a German cash-gamer who was anything but afraid of putting chips in the middle. Nomen omen. Starting from second place in the count, he, along with 'Emmella', was the number one suspect in taking home the trophy. In his way, however, was once again Claudio Piceci, in the space of two hands taking away 2/3 of his stack. The way this happens is not as spectacular as in the other cases, but it does happen. Judging by his opponent's conduct over the previous days, it would almost seem that Fate has decided to take back what he had generously given him on Day 2. At 80 left, in fact, "Allegro" was defending his Big Blind with 10♥️ 5♥️ on the opening of a player from Early Position which was followed by the Button's flat. At that precise moment of the tournament, he and "83-83" (this is the nickname of the Original Raiser) occupied the third and fourth position in the count, with a minimal difference in terms of chips. On the flop 10♠️2♥️ 6♥️ "Allegro" checked-raised to 175K on the continuation-bet of "83-83", who with 2♦️ 2♠️ click-raised to 350K on the strength of his Set. "Allegro", being a good cash-gamer, must not have thought too long before playing his entire stack in Flush Draw hoping to leverage a Fold Equity which, given his opponent's hand, was close to zero. Snap-call and the two were at showdown. The turn 9♦️ further reduced his chances of winning a 120BB monster pot, but an A♥️ on the river completely reversed the situation, and "83-83" was left with little more than a blind. The epilogue and the 4-way deal The survivors played for about an hour or so, until "Lalelileylo" and then Carlos Henningsen took their way to the cashier's desk to collect their final table prize money. The mood at the table is pleasant, the differences in stacks are not that striking and the Fantastic 4 decide to agree on ICM, leaving a portion of the prize pool to the winner. Actually, during our chat at the end of the tournament, Claudio revealed that, in private, those money will also be divided, but for the sake of the record these are the final numbers. 🇨🇭 CLAUDIO PICECI CHF 50.000 (CHF 38.100 after deal) 🇨🇭 LOLI CHF 28.900 (CHF 22.910 after deal) 🇮🇹 EMMELLA CHF 20.700 (CHF 28.830 after deal) 🇦🇹 SANDRO ZARRIELLO CHF 15.650 (CHF 25.400 after deal) 🇵🇹 CARLOS HENNINGSEN CHF 12.500 🇩🇪 LALELILEYLO CHF 9.600 🇨🇭 CHRISTIAN KEMPF CHF 6.900 🇨🇭 GALA 09 CHF 4.720 🇨🇭 DG CHF 3.800 ✅ The ♣️ Euro Rounders channel arrives on Messenger, allowing you to receive exclusive 🎁 promotions, 💝 gifts, and ℹ️ info on our events: https://m.me/eurorounders.poker?ref=w17848748 🟢 Join the WhatsApp Community of ♣️ Euro Rounders so you don't miss out on all the news from the live poker events calendar: https://chat.whatsapp.com/LyaMnSanFhVLXeP0io4jHc ♣️ Euro Rounders, for poker lovers Upcoming Events:

  • 🇮🇹 'Emmella' lays down the law on Day2

Entries 819/ Left 17 It was a very exciting day at the GC Poker Room in Bendern, Liechtenstein, where Day2 of the Warriors Main Event took place with 819 entries taking 17 players to the final table. The guaranteed prize pool was far surpassed thanks to the CHF268,700 collected and the 128 qualifiers at the start of Day2 certainly didn't spare themselves. However, it was the usual "Emmella" (photo below) who came out on top with a stack of 4,610,000. The shot that launched him in the count came right in the final stages and was sensational, both for the dynamics and the weight of the stacks in play at that precise moment of the game (you can find the full action on our live blog CLICKING HERE) "Regardless of the last hand, which allowed me to double my stack a few hands before the end of the Day, I always had enough chips on my side," says "Emmella", who allowed me to put pressure on in the key stages of the tournament, such as the bubble zone or the redraw at 3 and 2 tables left." The Top 5 Until 20 minutes before the end of the day it was "Allegro" (first photo above left) who dominated the scene, starring in some really interesting spots that we reported on in our LIVE BLOG. At the time of bagging up the stacks, the German can however be satisfied as he will start from 2nd position with 4,150,000. The third best performance of the day goes to "DG" with 3,695,000, followed by "Gala09" (2,480,000) and Claudio Piceci (2,465,000). • 🇮🇹 Egzon Krasniqi dominates Day1

Entries 139/ Left 35 The last flight available to qualify for Day2 of the Warriors Main Event, Day1 G Speed, was taken by storm by 84 players who, together with the 55 re-entries made, recorded 135 more entries for a total of 819 buy-ins paid in the 7 available qualification flights. Translated into hard cash, this means that with a guaranteed prize pool of CHF200,000 upfront, a total of CHF268,730 was collected, including the prizes reserved for the first Day1 features, the "Chipleader Bonuses" and the "Bounty Bonus". The most rapacious of all the participants was once again Egzon Krasniqi (photo above), already chip leader at Day1 G of the last France Poker Festival and again chip leader here at the Warriors Main Event: "What can I say, being a turbo flight I certainly ran well! - Egzon, who is very Italian despite his name betraying his Kosovan origins, commented on the heat: "Let's hope to remain high up in the count at Day2 too!" As we do not have the full Day1 G count available for practical matters, as the players were moved directly to the other side of the Main Poker Room given the imminent start of Day2, we publish below the complete redraw without taking into account the stacks in play. • 🇹🇷 Erdal Simsek tops Day1 F

Entries 75/ Left 10 Day1 F of the Warriors Main Event, the second flight of the day, closed with 10 more qualifiers and 75 entries, of which 48 individuals and 27 re-entries. There were 680 entries and 93 qualifiers for Day2 this afternoon, obviously waiting for this morning's turbo flight which starts at 13:00. Taking the lead was Turkey's Erdal Simsek (pictured above), who was able to bag 696,000 chips at the end of the Day, entering the Top 5 overall with an impressive stack of around 140 big blinds: "It all worked out for the best," Erdal commented hotly, "The key hand? I hit flush on the flop with Q-8 on J-T-9 against an opponent who has J-J. The turn is a Q that puts me in a lot of trouble but I decide to call the all-in anyway and luckily the river is a blank that doesn't close Full House! I'm not a pro but I love playing live, online is not for me!" To review all the day's action just take a look at our LIVE BLOG at THIS LINK. The Top 5 Second place in the count goes to Swiss Hayati Al Lahham with 650,000 chips (last on the right in the photo above), followed by compatriot "Loli" at 370,000. Closing out the Top 5 are two more Swiss players, "Teppich" and "Poker Tom" with 308,000 and 289,000 respectively. Symeon Alexandridis also passed after several attempts, albeit with 20 or so blinds. • 🇨🇭 Easy game for Biagio De Frino at Day1 E

Entries 101/ Left 14 The fifth flight goes to the archives here at the GCPoker Room in Bendern, Liechtenstein, for the Warriors Main Event and a further 14 qualified for Day2 tomorrow afternoon. The entry counter stopped at 101 on Day1 E, bringing the total to 605 with Day1 F underway as we write. The total number of qualifiers rose to 83. The best player today, as well as the second player able to write a 7-digit number on the envelope, is Biagio De Frino from Switzerland who at the end of the day can boast a million chips to take to Day2: "It was a special day because initially not much happened, then at the table change I had a player with about 400,000 in front of me and in four hits I managed to take it all from him! The field was quite soft and with a big stack, I managed to put the right amount of pressure on my opponents. No, I am not a professional but I have been playing for 30 years and I run a poker club in French Switzerland, so let's say I have some experience. I can read players well, understand their style of play and adapt easily. This is my second time here in Liechtenstein and I can't complain at all!" To catch up on all the action of the day, just take a look at our LIVE BLOG at THIS LINK. The Top 5 Biagio De Frino's performance, worth second place in the overall count, is unmatched by the other qualifiers. However, Michael Koran's 466,000 chips earned him second place in today's count. Third place for Turbo Poker at 411,000, followed by Bababarassus (400,000) and Thos M. G. (294,000). • 🇨🇭 Claudio Piceci with style on Day1 D

Entries 188/ Left 25 Day1 D of the Warriors' Main Event at the GCPoker Room in Bendern, Liechtenstein, ended with 188 entries and 25 new qualifiers. Today's prize money was also awarded to the 3 best stacks from Day1 C and B thanks to the "Chipleader Bonuses" mode which guaranteed 5 thousand francs to the first, 3 thousand to the second, and 2 thousand to the third. Before going into the details of the day however, let's make a general recap: thanks to the 316 entries totaled in the first three days, the total number of entries reached 504, with 69 qualifiers (today's 25 plus the 44 from the previous days). Taking advantage of the 'Chipleader Bonuses' mode in the best possible way was Claudio Piceci, chip leader at Day1 D with the third stack overall thanks to the 624,000 chips he bagged. And to say that until one level before the close his stack was certainly not among the best: "Let's say I was lucky...- Claudio said at the end of the Day - The decisive hand came right towards the end: I received a 3-bet from the BB on my opening with K-Q and, on flop A-J-x my opponent bets 1/4 pot, I call. The turn is a 10, he bets big this time and I just call. On a blank river, he decides to go all-in for about 170,000 and at that point, all I have to do is to call as I'm having the best hand. He turns A-A, set on the flop..." To cover all the day's action just take a look at our LIVE BLOG at THIS LINK. The Top 5 In addition to the aforementioned Piceci, who cashes in for CHF 5,000, both the second in the count and the third can still rejoice at the smaller prizes. Specifically, Rene Kistler (581,000) cashes CHF3,000, while Michael Birchler (569,000) takes home CHF2,000. Emmella (559,000) and Allegro (539,000) complete the Top 5. • 🇨🇭Besnik Lalinovci takes down Day1 C

Entries 89/ Left 12 Third day of play at the GCPoker Room in Bendern, Liechtenstein, for Day1 C of the Warriors Main Event in "Chipleader Bonuses" mode, which awards prizes to the best three stacks from Day1 C and Day1 D (which will be played this evening from 17:30 onwards). A further 10,000 Swiss Francs will be up for grabs, to be distributed in this way: 5,000 to the chip leader, 3,000 to the second-best stack, and 2,000 to the third. The numbers for this Day1 C are very similar to those of the previous day: 89 entries and 12 qualified for Day2. In total, we have 316 entries and 44 qualifiers. Looking down on everyone is Besnik Lalinovci (photo above) with 520,000 bagged chips, the first serious candidate for one of the three 'Chipleader Bonuses' mentioned at the opening: "The truth is that until a few hands ago I had over 800,000 chips! - says Besnik at the end of the tournament - I am however satisfied, everything went well and I have a very good stack for Day2. It's a pity for those two missed shots at the end of the day, but that's ok." To catch up on all the day's action, just take a look at our LIVE BLOG at THIS LINK. • 🇨🇭 Dritan Kaleci overpowering Day1 B

Entries 88/ Left 12 We're back on track at the GCPoker Room in Bendern, Liechtenstein, for the Day 1 B of the Warriors Main Event which today featured a CHF390 buy-in in Bounty mode from late registration onwards. Up for grabs was CHF10,000 to be divided between the 26 survivors at the start of level 12 for a bounty of CHF384 each (10,000/26). Before going into the details, however, let's recap today's numbers: 88 total entries of which 39 re-entries and 12 qualified for Day 2 on Sunday. In total, adding up the first two flights, there were 227 entries and 32 players already sure to take a stack to the next step. The best today was Dritan Kaleci, a well-known face around here given his achievements both on the EuroRounders circuit and elsewhere. The hand that brought him atop is written on our LIVE BLOG and you can find it AT THIS LINK. For Kaleci it wasn't a down day although the count says otherwise: "I didn't get off to a great start," said Dritan at the end of the day, "but I held on and in the last two levels luck was on my side!"
