🇧🇬 Boyan Toshev beats Wizo23 and Scognamiglio to lead Day 1E WSOPC Mini Main Event

Day 1E of the WSOP Circuit Mini Main Event at King’s Resort in Rozvadov concludes with 45 players left and a double elimination. The bubble player is Stefano Bertoldi, but along with him, Nemesis17 and Oliver Koelher are out for the minimum cash of €604. The first to cash was Israeli player Bat Levi.

The flight totaled 370 entries and 56 places paid. At 11 AM is the Turbo Flight, and at 2 PM are the Flip and Go Pineapple: after five starting flights, the total entries are 1,119.

In the lead (pending the count) is Bulgarian Boyan Toshev with 912,000 chips. A set vs AA brings him to the top and then a series of uncontested pots won towards the end.

Surpassing him is German Christian "Wizo23" Stuhlfelder (in the photo because the chip leader refused to take picture) the bag with 722,000 and Eros Scognamiglio with 663,000 chips. We discussed Eros Scognamiglio and his comeback from 4.5BB in our blog!

Also high in the chip count is Spanish player Andres Frey, who bags 606,000.

A great stack for Gigetto Pignataro at 462,000 chips. The Roman player had been eliminated in Day 1D but has found the right path in Flight E.

Sandro Dell’Anna has dropped to 317,000 from over 650,000 in the final hands: two bad beats for him, especially a flush over flush against Stuhlfelder.
