Israeli player Ron Jeda is taking the spotlight, who pocketed €38,049, finishing ahead of Germany’s Ahmad Hiyasi, who took second place for €19,249. Below is the full list of all the paid positions.

14 Oct - 03:15 - Artiom Poddubnii is Day2 chip leader!

Day 2 of the IPS Main Event has ended, with many dramatic turnarounds in the final moments. Several key players, mentioned in earlier updates, could not reach the Final Day, including Profiler910 and Abracadabra, the latter having led the chip count at the feature table for much of the tournament.

In the end, the Macedonian player Artiom Poddubnii emerged victorious, the only player to surpass 10 million chips, thanks to the 12,850,000 chips he accumulated by the end of the day. For all the details, photos, interviews, and the seat redraw, you can find everything, as usual, in our daily report at THIS LINK.

14 Oct - 02:00 - Branciforte on fire, Abracadabra still ahead!

We are deep into the 26th level of play, the third-to-last level before the end of the day. With 48 players still at the tables, blinds are at 50,000/100,000 with a 100,000 ante, and the average stack sits at 3 million chips. Since the last update, some shifts have been at the top of the chip count.

Abracadabra remains in the lead with 7.5 million, while Vito Branciforte pulls ahead, securing second place with 7.2 million chips. Below, you’ll find a recap of the hands that propelled him up the provisional rankings. Tatarka holds a solid position with 5 million chips, while Profiler910 has dropped slightly in rank but gained around half a million chips since the last update.

Here's the Top 5 at the moment:

1. 🇺🇦 Abracadabra - 7.5M

2. 🇮🇹 Vito Branciforte - 7.2M

3. 🇮🇹 Alberto Mennone - 5.5M

4. 🇺🇦 Vasyl Pidhrushnyi - 5M

5. 🇨🇿 Tatarka - 5M

6. 🇮🇹 Franco Cozzula - 5M

7. 🇮🇹 Profiler910 - 4M

And here's how Vito Branciforte went up in the count: he opens from the lo-jack with Aces, and the hijack calls with 5-6 suited. The flop comes 7-8-K with two hearts, and Vito holds the Ace of Hearts. The Italian checks, the hijack bets 2.5x, Vito raises to 5.5x, the opponent shoves all in, and Vito calls, holding strong.

On the very next hand, still with blinds at 30,000/60,000 and a 60,000 ante, Vito opens the small blind flats, and the big blind goes all-in for 1.1 million with A-9 suited. Vito calls, they go to showdown, and once again, the pot goes to the Italian, who now boasts over 7 million chips.
