Mon 14 Apr - 21:30 - Safwane Anwar BahriĀ wins the tournament, Pagliuso runner-up

The heads-up match began with Safwane Anwar BahriĀ holding a 3-to-1 chip lead over Alessandro Pagliuso. Before the action resumed, the two finalists agreed to an ICM deal, leaving the title and trophy to be played for.

The duel lasted about 20 minutes. After some back-and-forth swings, Pagliuso found himself with just 10 big blinds and shoved from the big blind after a button limp from Bahri. The Frenchman held K♣ 8♄, while the Italian had Qā™  9♣.

The board came 2♦ 9ā™  3♣, giving Pagliuso top pair. The 6♦ on the turn and 7♣ on the river secured a crucial double-up, reigniting hopes of a comeback.

However, a few hands later came the final blow. Bahri, on the button with Aā™  J♣, limped once again. Pagliuso, holding 6♄ 6♦, shoved all-in from the big blind. Snap-call from Bahri.

The board ran out 8♄ 5♦ A♣ Q♄ 5♄, giving the Frenchman top pair and ending the tournament.

Alessandro PagliusoĀ finishes as runner-up, earning €56,900Ā plus a €10,350 WSOP Europe Main Event ticket.

Safwane Anwar BahriĀ claims the Pirates Poker Treasure Main EventĀ title and the biggest share of the prize pool: €101,400Ā plus the WSOP Europe Main Event ticket.

Mon 14 Apr - 21:30 - Fernando Alonso busts in third place!

Three-handed play barely lasts a moment, as Fernando Alonso, holding A♄ 9♦ and sitting on 18 big blinds, shoves all-in from the small blind. Safwane Anwar Bahri, with over 100 big blinds in the big blind, quickly calls with 8ā™  8♦.

The flop comes 8♄ 2♄ Jā™ , giving the Frenchman a set and leaving Alonso with just 6% equity. The 6♣ on the turn seals his fate, and the 3♣ on the river changes nothing.

Safwane BahriĀ scoops another pot and sends Alonso out in 3rd place, good for €38,900Ā plus a €10,350 WSOP Europe Main Event ticket.

Mon 14 Apr - 21:30 - Marko Bajic is the 4th place finisher

The next elimination doesn’t take long to arrive. This time it’s Marko BajicĀ who hits the rail. After an open from Alessandro PagliusoĀ holding K♄ Q♦, Bajic shoves his 6.6 big blindsĀ from the small blind with 4♄ 4♦. The big blind folds and Pagliuso makes the call.

The flop comes 6♄ 5♄ J♄, giving Pagliuso a flush draw. The Qā™ Ā on the turn flips the hand in his favor, and the 9♦ on the river seals it, with no help for Bajic.

Pagliuso takes down an 18-million chip pot, while Marko BajicĀ finishes in 4th place, collecting €26,900 in cashĀ plus a €10,350 WSOP Europe Main Event ticket.

Mon 14 Apr - 21:30 - Jakub Sterba ends in 5ht place!

After an open from Safwane Anwar BahriĀ under the gun with 83 big blinds, Jakub SterbaĀ moves all-in from the big blind with K♣ Q♄, holding 13 big blinds. The Frenchman quickly calls with A♄ K♦.

Sterba’s tournament life is on the line, but the board runs out 4♄ 9♦ 5ā™  2ā™  7♄, offering no help. The pot goes to Bahri once again, who continues to build his stack.

Jakub Sterba exits in 5th place, taking home €21,400.

Mon 14 Apr - 21:30 - Angelo De Marco out in 6th place!

Angelo De Marco finishes in 6th placeĀ at the Pirates Poker Treasure Main Event, after a blinds battle against Fernando Alonso.

Alonso, holding 10ā™  10♦, shoves his 16 big blind stack. De Marco, with A♦ Jā™ Ā in the big blind and 13 BB behind, makes the call.

The board runs out 4♄ 3ā™  10♣ 4ā™  7♦, giving Alonso a full set and sealing De Marco’s elimination.

Angelo De Marco earns €16,900, while Alonso rakes in a pot worth 30 million chips.

Mon 14 Apr - 20:15 - Neculai Macovei is the 7th place finisher!

Down to just 10 big blinds, Neculai Macovei runs into a rather unlucky spot. After Jakub Sterba opens from UTG with A♦Q♦, sitting on 21 big blinds, the Romanian finds A♣Q♣ in the small blind with about 8 BB and makes the obvious shove. It’s an easy call for the Czech.

They go to showdown, seemingly headed for a split pot — but the flop brings 8♦ 10♦ 2♣, giving Sterba a nut flush draw. The draw completes on the 9♦ turn, leaving Macovei drawing dead. The 9ā™ Ā river is irrelevant, and the pot of 17.6 million chips slides to Sterba.

Blinds were 500,000/1,000,000 with a 1,000,000 ante.

Neculai Macovei exits in 7th place, taking home €12,900, Mystery Bounty winnings aside.

Mon 14 Apr - 19:30 - Safwane Anwar Bahri in the lead at 7 left!

Level 35 is now underway here at King’s Resort in Rozvadov, with players just returning from a 15-minute break. The blinds are now 500,000/1,000,000 with a 1,000,000 big blind ante.

  7. šŸ‡®šŸ‡¹šŸ‡§šŸ‡¦ Marko Bajic – 6,900,000

Mon 14 Apr - 15:50 - Artem Komarov out in 8th place!

One of the key hands of this Final Table featured none other than Jakub Sterba, who opened from UTG+1 holding A♣ Qā™ Ā with a deep stack of 80 big blinds. Just to his left, Safwane BahriĀ woke up with Kā™  K♄ and opted for a 3-bet to 6 big blinds, behind a stack of 54 BB.

But the real action came from Artem KomarovĀ in the cutoff, who looked down at Aā™  K♣ and decided to shove for 43 big blindsĀ effective. Fernando Alonso and Neculai Macovei quickly got out of the way, and action returned to Sterba, who released his hand.

Bahri, of course, had no intention of folding and made the call, setting up a massive 44-million-chip pot.

The board ran out Q♦ Q♣ 6♣, followed by the 10ā™ Ā on the turn and the 7♄ on the river — clean for the Frenchman.

Artem KomarovĀ was eliminated in 8th place, earning €9,900Ā (excluding bounties), while BahriĀ surged past the 100 big blindĀ mark and took firm control of the chip lead.

Mon 14 Apr - 15:30 - Andrei Ciuca busts in 9th place!

The first elimination of the Final Table comes just a few minutes into play and sees Romanian player Andrei CiucaĀ open from UTG+1 with Q♦ Q♄, sitting on a stack of around 23 big blinds. Action folds to Jakub SterbaĀ in the cutoff, who covers him comfortably with 60 big blindsĀ and looks down at Kā™  K♣.

Ciuca wastes no time and moves all-in for his 23 BB effective stack. Sterba snap-calls, and the cards go on their backs.

The board runs out: 8ā™  A♄ 6♦ 10♣ 3♄ — clean for Sterba, who rakes in a pot of nearly 24 million chips.

Ciuca exits in 9th place, earning €8,100Ā (excluding bounties) for his deep run in the Pirates Poker Treasure Main Event.

Mon 14 Apr - 14:30 - The Final Table is set!

The Final Table of the Pirates Poker Treasure Main EventĀ is officially underway here at King’s Resort. The day started with 11 players returning for the Final Day, and we’ve already entered a crucial stage of the tournament, with the final 9 all sitting on fairly even stacks — setting the stage for a tightly contested battle.

Blinds resumed at 200,000/400,000 with a 400,000 big blind ante, and two players have already been eliminated. The first to hit the rail was Igor Alexandre Fonseca BritoĀ from Portugal, who took home €6,600 plus €600 in bounties, for a total payout of €7,200. Not long after, Guus Theodorus Maria FranssenĀ from the Netherlands became the Final Table bubble, also collecting €7,200.

Two double-ups proved to be turning points: one for Angelo De Marco, and another for Marko Bajic, who won a crucial flip with pocket sevens against Neculai Macovei. As a result, Macovei now finds himself at the bottom of the chip counts heading into the final stretch.

Leading the pack is Jakub SterbaĀ with 31,575,000 chips, closely followed by Safwane Anwar BahriĀ on 30,275,000. Alessandro Pagliuso, who came into the day as the overall chip leader, sits in third with 29,275,000.

Tue 15 Apr - 02:30 - Last level underway!

We’re down to the final 14 here at the Pirate’s Poker Treasure Main Event, with 40 minutes left in the day. Let’s start with the outer table, which is not being streamed live. The player in Seat 7 is currently leading the action with a very sizable stack of around 20 million chips.

Still in contention are both Angelo De Marco and Gennaro Proscia—each sitting on a short stack just above 10 big blinds, although Angelo has even managed to climb up to 20 big blinds.

At the feature table, Jacub Sterba is in complete control with approximately 100 big blinds, while Alessandro Pagliuso is holding strong with about 20 million chips, equal to roughly 80 big blinds. Also worth highlighting is Nicolae Macovei, who remains among the top stacks at the moment.

Blinds have reached 150,000/300,000, with an average stack of 13,700,000 chips. The next player to be eliminated will earn €5,300 in prize money, in addition to the €600 already collected at the end of Day 1.

We’ll be back soon with today’s full recap and an interview with the chip leader at the end of Day 3 of the Pirate’s Poker Treasure Main Event.

Tue 15 Apr - 00:00 - Seat Redraw at 16 players left!

It's a

15-minute break here at the Pirates Poker Treasure Mystery Bounty, and we’re down to the final 16 players. The tournament is officially entering its hottest phase, with just two tables left and all eyes on the push toward the final table.

Not much has changed at the top of the leaderboard since our last update — except for one major piece of news: Mousa, the Romanian player who had been a standout over the past two days with an impressive stack, has been eliminated in 25th place, earning €3,000Ā plus €600Ā for the ā€œlend moneyā€ collected at the end of Day 1.

Jakub SterbaĀ has climbed back to the top of the counts and currently leads with around 28,500,000 chips, overtaking Neculai Macovei, who now sits in second. Artem KomarovĀ from Ukraine holds third place with approximately 20 million, followed by Cano01Ā in fourth with 16 million, now seated at the outer table.

The top-ranked Italian still in the field is Alessandro Pagliuso, currently at the feature table with roughly 15 million chips, matched by Dutchman Franssen. Just behind them is Frenchman Bahri, sitting on 13 million.

Play will resume at 100,000/200,000, and another 15-minute break is scheduled in about 25 minutes, as planned. This additional break was necessary for the floormen to carry out the Citroën chip count.

Mon 14 Apr - 04:15 - Mousa ahead on Day2!

And once again, it’s Mousa stealing the spotlight as the undeniable star of Day 2 of the Pirates Poker Treasure Main Event, closing with a stunning 10,955,000 chips—more than four times the tournament average. A superb performance also came from Christian Bertu, who bagged second place with just under 10 million chips. Former champion Gennaro Proscia also impressed, making it through to Day 3 once again and picking up a €15,000 Mystery Bounty along the way.

You can find all the details from today’s action in our Daily Report at THIS LINK

We also report that Day 1 of the €1,000 buy-in High Roller has concluded with a total of 161 entries. The event will resume tomorrow at 3:00 PM with 37 players remaining. Up top, the winner will claim a first prize of €29,409 and a ticket to the WSOP Europe Main Event scheduled for this coming autumn.

Mon 14 Apr - 03:00 - Last bits of Day 2

About 60 minutes remain in Day 2 here at King’s Resort, where the Pirates Poker Treasure Main Event still sees 93 players battling it out at blinds 20,000/40,000 with a 40,000 ante. Meanwhile, we have to highlight the remarkable surge of Romanian player Mousa, who joined Wissam Ouertani’s table and, within just a few orbits, built a staggering stack.

Mousa (head pic) arrived at the table already sitting on around 5 to 6 million chips—roughly three times the average—and quickly skyrocketed to 14 million while the average sat at just 2 million, putting him at seven times the tournament average before settling around 11 million, still over five times the average. One particularly absurd hand saw Mousa in the big blind holding Ace-Jack, up against an opponent with Queen-Ten. On a board of Jack-Jack-9-Ace-King, Mousa made a full house, while his opponent hit a straight and was eliminated. That marked Mousa’s eighth tournament bounty, though he hasn’t had much luck with the Mystery Bounty envelope draws so far.

Taking a quick look around the field, we also spot the reigning European Poker Championship winner still in contention, along with several regulars from both the EuroRounders circuit and King’s Resort. Christian Bertu, previously mentioned, is holding steady in second place with a massive stack of approximately 9 million chips.

Gennaro Proscia is also staying strong at the feature table with around 5 million chips. Once this level concludes, we’ll be able to provide final results for Day 2. Meanwhile, over in the iRoller event, Day 1 has reached Level 13—the final level of the day—with 42 players still in action out of 161 total entries. There are about 30 minutes left before the bags come out.

Mon 14 Apr - 01:30 - Last break of the day!

Final break of the day here at King’s Resort in Rozvadov, where Day 2 of the Pirates Poker Treasure Mystery Bounty has reached the 118-player mark. When play resumes, blinds will be 15,000/30,000 with a 30,000 ante and an average stack of 1,630,000 chips. Two 75-minute levels remain before bagging up for the night. Christian Bertu (head pic) is delivering a strong performance—already a chip leader in one of the qualifying flights, he’s now sitting on a massive 6,000,000 stack, nearly four times the average.

Wissam Ouertani is treading water after narrowly avoiding a monster pot. He open-folded pocket jacks in a spot with an UTG open and UTG1 3-bet. The opener held Ace-Queen offsuit, and the 3-bettor showed pocket fives. Wissam tossed his jacks, and on a Ten-high board, the original raiser shoved instantly for three times the pot, only to be snap-called by pocket fives, which held to secure a 6,000,000-chip pot. Romanian player Mousa, already a chip leader on Day 1, is once again in great form with a 5,000,000 stack.

There’s still a lot of poker to play thanks to the deep structure, so stay tuned to see who punches their ticket to Day 3. Also still in the field is Gennaro Proscia, last edition’s champion, currently seated at the feature table, which you can watch live on the King’s Resort YouTube channel. Meanwhile, in the iRoller, Day 1 is nearing its end as Level 10 of 13 plays out.

There are 161 total entries and 70 players left. The €100,000 guaranteed prize pool has already been surpassed, currently sitting at €136,850.

Stay tuned for more updates throughout the next hour. And don’t forget — the €100,350 Top Bounty is still out there, which keeps tension running high here at King’s!

Sun 13 Apr - 20:00 - The game resumes after the dinner break!

Just a few hours into Day 2 of the Pirates Poker Treasure Main Event at King’s Resort in Rozvadov, the second-biggest bounty of the tournament — worth €54,750 — has already been claimed. The prize includes a €10,350 ticket for this winter’s WSOP Europe Main Event and a €44,400 cash bounty, second only to the Top Bounty worth €100,350 (€90,000 + €10,350 ticket).

The lucky winner? German player Graf Bobbes — a name that now stands out for more than one reason. This was his very first Mystery Bounty tournament ever, and the first bounty he’s ever collected… and he opened with a €50K+ hit. Not bad at all.

Visibly shaken and emotional, Bobbes told us he had called his partner just moments before heading to the payout desk: ā€œHoney, I won a bounty… call me when I’m about to hit the button,ā€ he said. The call came — and so did the second-biggest bounty in the entire tournament.

Meanwhile, we’re currently playing Level 16, with ten minutes left before players head into the second 20-minute break of the day. There are still 253 players in the field, with the average stack now at 750,000 chips.
