Mon 1 - 15:00 - The final table is set!

The final-table lineup is now official after the elimination of Alessandro Confalone, who closes his run in ninth place following the hand that sealed his exit. Action began with an open from the lowjack; from the hijack, Luca Bernardi chose to flat-call holding A♦J♦, while Confalone defended his big blind with 10♠6♠.
The flop came J – J – 6, giving Bernardi trips and bottom pair to Confalone. The original raiser checked, Bernardi c-bet, and Confalone moved all-in directly over the top. The opener folded immediately, and Luca snap-called with the trips, locking up the hand. No help arrived for Confalone, who was eliminated in 9th place, setting the stage for the official final table.
Below you’ll find the updated chip counts, while above you can hit “play” to follow the live stream with Italian commentary by Jack Bonora and Cesare Antonini.
1. Luca Bernardi – 13,825,000
2. Alessandro Orsi – 8,475,000
3. Fabien Motte – 8,075,000
4. Alexandre Doyer – 4,350,000
5. Gregory Grech – 3,800,000
6. Hassan Halil – 2,375,000
7. Claudio Daffinà – 1,275,000
8. Alone Zagury – 1,250,000
Mon 1 - 15:00 - Unofficial Final Table!

Live update from Casino Sanremo, where the Final Day of the WSOP Circuit Main Event has reached the 9-left stage. Two eliminations have already taken place, the most recent being Vladimir Politovski, who moved all-in for six big blinds and found the call in the big blind from L Forza Inter, Luca Bernardi. Bernardi called with A♦J♦ and completed a flush on the runout, sealing the knockout.
All players have now been moved to a single table, although the official final table will begin at 8 players. The clock is currently paused at 75,000/150,000, ante 150,000, with an average stack of 4,800,000 chips.
Among the Italians, the spotlight is on Luca Bernardi, who has surged into the chip lead with over 11.5 million chips. Strong comeback as well for Alessandro Orsi, who started the day with just over ten big blinds and is now sitting on about 7 million.
Drop in momentum instead for Claudio Daffinà: after starting with more than 4.8 million, he is now down to around 2 million. Steady stack for Alessandro Confalone, who currently holds 2.5 million chips.
Mon 1 - 02:00 - Gregory Grech is Day 2 chip leader!

After a stunning performance with huge value bets and funky bluffs - ask Luca Bernardi - Gregory Grech tops the count with 11 players left. All details on our daily report at THIS LINK
Mon 1 - 00:00 - 15 left on Day 2, Deepstack with almost 300 entries!

Live update from Casino Sanremo, where the Main Event has reached Level 15 and play is scheduled to continue until 1:30 a.m., which means we should get very close to the final table bubble — if not actually reach it. Blinds are now 40,000/80,000, ante 80,000, and several players have been trading the top spot, although the one currently standing out is the Day 1C chip leader, the French-Tunisian Grech, who is working with more than 5 million chips, while the average sits around 3 million.
The stacks are extremely flat and the structure has changed significantly compared to a few hours ago, when the average represented about 60 big blinds; now we are just above 30, so eliminations could start coming quickly.
Action is also running in the Daily SuperStack 150, where 29 players remain out of 140 entries, with a first prize of just over €5,000 and blinds currently at 10,000/25,000, ante 25,000. In the adjacent room the €1,000 DeepStack continues with players fighting through the final minutes of the current level:
they are down to 84 players out of 286 total entries, chasing a first prize that will be announced soon. Since registration remains available tomorrow as well, the official payout structure will only be confirmed at the end of the next flight. The prize pool so far has reached €244,000, with four minutes left to play before the next break.
Sun 30 - 22:00 - 18 left with Perati ahead!

Live update from Casino Sanremo, where the Main Event is entering its crucial phase: play has moved onto three tables with 18 players remaining as we get close to the 16-left mark. Blinds are 25,000/50,000, ante 50,000, with an average stack of 2.4 million.
Alessandro Orsi continues to lead comfortably with 4.5 million chips, almost double the average, followed by a very solid Mario Perati on roughly 3.8 million. Matteo Ferrari is also pushing deep with more than 3.5 million, while both Mattia Confalone, chip leader of Day 1D, and Vladimir Politovski remain well in contention.
At the same time, the €1,000 DeepStack has reached Level 8 with blinds 1,000/1,600, ante 1,600, counting 260 entries, 144 players still active and an average stack of 91,000 chips; two more levels remain before late registration closes.
In the adjacent room, the SuperStack 150 is also on Level 8 with 144 entries, 70 players remaining, blinds 3,000/6,000, ante 6,000, and a prize pool of €16,000 as the evening session moves toward the next break.
Sun 30 - 19:30 - Dinner break!

Thirty minutes remain before the dinner break in the Main Event, with 21 players still battling. The field just hit the 24-left redraw, and two Italians are currently leading the pack: Alessandro Orsi with more than 4 million chips, and Mario Perati close behind on 3.5 million.
Strong numbers as well for Claudio Daffinà, also sitting around 3.5 million, together with the Day 1D chip leader from last night, Matteo Confalone
A slight drop instead for Matteo Ferrari (Pokermanzo), now at 1.5 million, still just under the average stack.
Average is sitting unusually high at 2 million, with blinds at 20,000/40,000, ante 40,000, for about 50 big blinds of depth.
Action continues for another half hour before the dinner break.
In the meantime, the €1,000 DeepStack is also on break. The event has reached 220 entries, with 140 players still in the field and an average stack of 78,000 chips. Late registration remains open for four more levels.
In the adjacent room, the €150 DeepStack has just entered its 1 hour and 15 minutes dinner break, with 87 players returning shortly to resume play out of a total of 120 entries.
Sun 30 - 18:00 - Back from the break, 28 left!

The Main Event players have returned to their seats for the next phase of Day 2. Twenty-eight remain, playing 15,000/30,000, ante 30,000, with an average stack of 155,000 chips.
We managed to gather the top stacks around the room — not the full field, but enough to outline how the race is shaping up. Further below you’ll find the updated Top 20 of the remaining contenders.
It’s over, unfortunately, for Giada Fang and for Claudio Di Giacomo, who came into Day 2 as the best-stacked Italian. Their deep runs end here, with no Day 3 hopes left.
Still going strong is Alessandro Orsi, now above the 2-million-chip mark and currently the leading Italian profile in the field.
Meanwhile, action is running on multiple fronts at Casino di Sanremo. The €1,000 DeepStack has reached 198 entries, with 156 players still active. Blinds sit at 500/1,000, ante 1,000, and the average stack has climbed to 63,000 from the 50,000 starting stack. Two levels remain before the next break.
