ree

Four hours of play have passed to go from 22 left to 9 left, and this is the composition of the final table of the EPM Main Event with €2,000,000 guaranteed.

Blinds are 300,000/600,000 with a 600,000 ante, the average stack is 35 million chips, and there are 2 hours and 40 minutes of play remaining before the next break.

Thu 22 Jul - 16:45 - Raymond Lucy out, it's final table!

ree

Here we are to update you on the latest from King’s Resort in Rozvadov, where the Final Day of the EPM has finally reached the Final Table. The crucial elimination came just moments ago at the hands of Lulei Hu, who knocked out Marius Raymond Lucy with an unstoppable cooler: A-A versus Q-Q, going in favor of the Chinese player adopted by Italy.

Alessio Albore finished in 11th place for €20,000, the same prize as the 10th-place finisher. It was a bit of a disappointment, as he had been short-stacked for quite some time and was forced to go all-in with K-7, running into A-9 and seeing an ace on the flop that sealed his elimination in 11th position.

11th place – €14,900 also went to Kalle Pontus Persson, as well as to Giuseppe Tarsia, Siamak Toran, and Ioannis Kaitas.

€10,900 went to the 16th-place finisher, Christopher Berthold.

There will now be a 15-minute break before resuming at blinds 250,000/500,000/500,000, with an average stack of 35 million chips. TeddyKGB still holds the chip lead with an impressive stack, but keep an eye on Moldovan player Marius Serban Moldoveanu, who built a huge stack during the last level and will return to the Final Table with approximately 60 million chips.

Last eliminations:

10. Marius Raymond Lussi – 20.000 EUR

11. Alessio Gianlorenzo Albore – 20.000 EUR

12. Kalle Pontus Persson – 14.900 EUR

13. Giuseppe Tarsia – 14.900 EUR

14. Siamak Tooran – 14.900 EUR

15. Ioannis Chaitas – 14.900 EUR

16. Christopher Berthold – 10.900 EUR

Thu 22 Jul - 14:45 - Seat redraw at 16 left!

ree

After the first hour and a half of play, we’ve already hit the 16 left mark with a fresh seat redraw. Action has just resumed at blinds 200,000/400,000 with a 400,000 big blind ante, and the average stack is now up to 20 million chips.

Leading the pack on the live-stream table is, unsurprisingly, TeddyKGB, putting on a truly spectacular performance with an enormous stack of 80 million chips—four times the tournament average.

Giuseppe Tarsia is back in contention after being short-stacked earlier; he’s now climbed back to 16 million. He’s one of the few Italians still in the running, alongside Matteo Intiso, who sits around average stack, and Alessio Albore, who has dropped down to a short stack after previously peaking at 15 million. Still in the field is Chinese pro Lulei Hu, well known on the Italian circuit, though he’s slightly below the tournament average.

As for eliminations, we started the day with 22 players, and the first to bust was Nicodemo Piccolo in 22nd place for €7,922. The same payout went to Petr Satek in 21st. From 20th to 17th place, the payout increased to €10,900 (on top of the €1,000 min-cash secured at the end of Day 1): Oliver Bachmeier finished 20th, Antonio De Lucia 19th, Vito Giuseppe Vella 18th, and Bernd Werner 17th.

Last eliminations:

17. Bernd Werner – €10.900

18. Vito Giuseppe Vella – €10.900

19. Antonio De Lucia – €10.900

20. Oliver Bachmeier – €10.900

21. Petr Satek – €7.922

22. Nicodemo Piccolo – €7.922

Thu 22 Jul - 03:20 - TeddyKGB dominates Day 3!

ree

TeddyKGB dominates Day 3 of the EPM €2M GTD Main Event, standing as the only player to break through the 40 million chip mark. With this massive stack, he’ll return tomorrow to battle for the title against the remaining 21 players.

All the details from today are available in our Daily Report at THIS LINK

Thu 22 Jul - 02:15 - Seat redraw at 24 left!

ree

Play has resumed after the final break of the day here at the €2M GTD EPM Main Event, as the tournament enters its very last level. In fact, they’re playing just half a level to give players a bit more room heading into tomorrow’s Final Day.

Blinds are now at 150,000/300,000 with a 300,000 big blind ante, and 24 players remain after the latest seat redraw for three 8-handed tables.

Still leading the pack is TeddyKGB, the standout performer of the day and yesterday’s session as well. Meanwhile, Giuseppe Tarsia has staged a remarkable comeback with two back-to-back double-ups—both times holding K♦Q♦ and K♣Q♣. On each occasion, the Italian managed to hit his flush on the flop, and thanks to this rush of good fortune, he now sits on 16M chips.

Also still in the mix are Alessio Albore, holding 15M chips, and Mattia Intiso, who has climbed to 14M.

Fatos Haxhaj instead crashes out after a steep fall, one of the standout players over these three days of the tournament here at King’s Resort. The Swiss player wasn’t able to capitalise on his deep run, having reached as high as 13 million chips, but then had to bow out. It all came down to three really tough spots that he told us about during the last break.

Stay tuned for the next update with all the details from this thrilling day of poker, including our exclusive interview with the chip leader and the full photo gallery in our daily report.

Thu 22 Jul - 00:30 - 29th level with 36 left!

ree

The 29th level of play has just begun here at King’s Resort in Rozvadov. The blinds are now 100,000/200,000 with a big blind ante of 200,000, and the average stack sits at 10 million chips. The action remains red hot as we’ve reached the critical “four tables left” stage, with just 36 players still battling for a seat in the Final Day.

Lulei Hu is climbing the chip counts and now sits with 14 million chips, while Giuseppe Tarsia has slipped slightly and is down to just under 6 million, with the average stack hovering around 10 million. Yesterday’s second in chips—a German player who prefers to remain anonymous and plays under a nickname—has built a massive stack of 18 million.

At the top of the leaderboard, TeddyKGB continues to dominate as the only player to have crossed the 30 million chip mark. He’s currently seated at the TV table, where we also find Alberto Albore. After a small dip earlier, Albore has climbed back up to 18 million, firmly placing himself among today’s biggest stacks.

It’s heartbreak for Sardinian player Alessio Urpis, who had staged an incredible comeback after dropping as low as 6 big blinds earlier in the day. After doubling through Tommy Prentice and grinding his way back into contention, Urpis ran into a brutal spot against the button.

Defending A♠10♠ from the big blind, the flop came 10♣9♦x♠—a seemingly favorable board. Both players checked. The turn paired the board, and Urpis opted for a check-call line. On a blank river, he decided to take the initiative and fired a small bet—about a quarter of the pot—to induce a potential bluff.

Instead, his opponent moved all-in. Urpis snap-called, only to be shown 9♥9♣ for a flopped set of nines. His tournament run ends painfully at five tables left, despite a heroic effort to rebuild his stack earlier.

The action is set to continue for two more levels, meaning roughly three more hours of play before we arrive at the much-anticipated Final Day.

Last eliminations:

29. Rudolf Adolf Kosa – 5,800 EUR

30. Georges Chehade – 5,800 EUR

31. Mihai Bogdan Ciubotaru – 5,800 EUR

32. Eros Otello Rossi – 5,800 EUR

33. Bastien Georges Robert Billet – 5,800 EUR

34. Alessio Urpis – 5,800 EUR

35. Stephane Pascal Cordeille – 5,800 EUR

36. Marius Malinauskas – 4,300 EUR

Mon 21 Jul - 22:20 - Approaching the 3rd day-break!

ree

As we write, there are 30 minutes left before the upcoming 15-minute break, which will mark the end of level 27. Just 37 players remain in contention at blinds 80,000/160,000 with a big blind ante of 160,000. The average stack sits at 9 million chips.

Several notable players have been eliminated over the last few hours, including Italian standout Rebecca Rivoli, who suffered two particularly unfortunate hands that saw her fall from 50 big blinds to a seat open in just a few minutes.

In the first hand, Rebecca explained: “I had A-5 suited on the button and shoved over the small blind’s 3-bet. He’s a well-prepared regular, and in that spot he could definitely have a fair amount of 3-bet folds. Plus, A-5 suited is one of those hands that plays well as a 4-bet shove.” Unfortunately, her opponent turned over pocket tens and held through, leaving Rebecca with just 15 big blinds.

Shortly after came the hand that sealed her fate: she shoved her remaining stack over a cutoff open, only to run into A-K. This time too the board offered no help, sending Rebecca to the rail in 41st place for a €4,300 payout, in addition to the €1,000 minimum cash she secured back on Day 1.

As for those still in the hunt, Giuseppe Tarsia is hanging on despite a particularly card-dead stretch, sitting with 5.5 million chips. At his table is another Italian, Antonio De Lucia, in far healthier shape with around 15 million chips—nearly double the average and among the top Italians still in play.

Alessio Albore, who had climbed as high as 15 million earlier, has dropped back slightly and now sits on 9.5 million. He shares a table with Mattia Intiso, who has steadily grown his stack over the last few levels to more than 10 million, placing him above average.

Finally, it’s been a rollercoaster session for Sardinian grinder Alessio Urpis. After losing two big pots and falling from 60 big blinds to just 10, he managed a critical double-up with A-2 against K-Q on a board of K-2-Q-X-A. He followed it up with another key double, this time holding A-K against K-K. Despite being a huge underdog on the Q-J-10 flop, the turn and river locked up the pot and brought him back into contention.

Below, you’ll find the list of the most recent eliminations so far:

Quick update from the King’s Resort in Rozvadov, where Day 3 of the €2M GTD EPM has just resumed after a 30-minute break. The blinds are now at 60,000/120,000 with a 120,000 big blind ante, and the average stack is 6,000,000 chips.

Since the last update, the field has been reduced to 53 players. A tough setback for Alessio Urpis, who after being among the chip leaders is now down to just 10 big blinds.

At the top of the leaderboard, nothing has changed: TeddyKGB continues to dominate the field and now holds a massive stack of 18,000,000 chips, three times the average.

We’ll have a full overview of the current stacks in the next update as the action intensifies towards the end of the day.

Mon 21 Jul - 18:30 - Albore and Urpis up, TeddyKGB with a solid lead!

ree

While we write this, there’s about an hour and a half left before the next break—a 30-minute pause for players to recharge. The tournament is now at level 25, with blinds at 50,000/100,000 and a big blind ante of 100,000. The average stack sits at 4,300,000 chips, and 74 players remain in the hunt for a seat in the Final Day.

In the last ninety minutes, Alessio Albore has surged past the 9 million chip mark and shared with us the hand that brought him to twice the tournament average:

“He opens from UTG+1, and I 3-bet from the button. Then he 4-bets, and I decide to call with pocket queens. The flop comes A♠ K♦ Q♠. He c-bets, and I call.

The turn is a blank, nothing changes. He bets again, I just call. The river brings another irrelevant card. He fires 1.6 million, I tank for a while and finally make the call. He turns over a missed draw, and my queens hold.”

A similar story for Alessio Urpis, the Sardinian grinder who started the day with around 5 million and now sits at 8.5 million, thanks to two key spots: one where he completed a flush draw and got paid on two streets, and a second spot involving a bold bluff that he personally recounted for us.

“High Jack versus Big Blind. I opened to 55K, and the BB defended with around 40 big blinds while I had about 50. Blinds were 40,000/80,000. The flop came J♠ 6♥ 2♥. He checked, and I checked back.

The turn was a 4♠, giving me a flush draw. The BB led out for 500K, almost a pot-sized bet, maybe even slightly over. I decided to call.

The river brought a 4♥, completing the hearts. He bet again, 500K. I raised to 1.2M, targeting hands like J-x that I thought could fold. After a long tank, he eventually let it go, and I scooped a nice pot.”

Among the other Italians, Rebecca Rivoli continues to maintain an excellent stack, currently sitting on approximately 8 million chips. Eros “Hotel” Rossi and Giuseppe Tarsia are still in contention and sharing the same table, while Sergio Vincenzo Regalbuto, Luca Bufarini, and Fabio Giamberardini are also battling on another table.

Mattia Intiso, after an emotional rollercoaster, is back on track with a stack of around 5 million. Also still alive are Vito Giuseppe Vella, Roberto Felicetti, and Davide Slanzi—all three seated together—along with Antonio De Lucia, who is positioned right next to Lu Lei Hu. Rounding out the Italian contingent are Ernesto De Marco and Nicodemo Piccolo, both still in the mix.

At the top of the leaderboard remains Germany’s TeddyKGB, commanding a truly massive stack. Stay tuned for the next update, where we’ll bring you a clearer picture of the chip counts heading into the final stretch.

Mon 21 Jul - 17:00 - 86 left at the first break, TeddyKGB still ahead, Bognanni out!

ree

The 88 remaining players are back from break in Day 3 of the EPM €2 Million Guaranteed Main Event, down from the 152 who started the day. Blinds resume at 40,000/80,000 with an 80,000 big blind ante, and the average stack is now 3,600,000 chips.

The first two and a half hours of play saw chip leader TeddyKGB further extend his lead, climbing to over 14 million chips. One of the casualties along the way was Marco Bognanni, who ran his pocket kings into TeddyKGB’s pocket aces for a massive 3.5M pot.

There’s still good news for the Italian contingent: Rebecca Rivoli remains near the top of the counts with around 7 million, while Alessio Urpis has chipped up to 5,200,000. Alessio Albore is also holding strong with 4,500,000, and Fatos Haxhaj—though having lost some ground—still sits on 4 million, keeping himself in line with the average and in a solid position at these levels.

Meanwhile, the €1,100 High Roller Day 2 is about to get underway, and we’ll have updates from that tournament in our upcoming reports.

Mon 21 Jul - 04:30 - TeddyKGB is Day2 chip leader!

ree

The only player to cross the 8 million chip mark, Germany’s TeddyKGB secured the top spot on the leaderboard at the end of Day 2 of the EPM €2 Million Guaranteed Main Event, bagging an impressive 8,760,000 chips heading into Day 3, which kicks off tomorrow at 2:00 PM.

For all the details from this action-packed day—including interviews with the top two stacks, highlights, and much more—check out our Daily Report at THIS LINK

Mon 21 Jul - 02:20 - Break - Rivoli jumps back ahead with 4 tims the average, what a pot for TeddyKGB!

ree

We’re drawn back to Rebecca Rivoli’s table, the current chip leader, thanks to a hand from a few levels ago that catapulted her stack into orbit. Here’s how she recalls the action:

“I opened from UTG with pocket nines and got a flat call from UTG+1. Another player from the late positions called as well. The flop came Q♠️ 9♦️ 2♣️. I checked, and the flatter bet 100K. The other player folded, and I raised to 300K. He instantly shoved for 1.1M, and I snap-called.

He turned over Q-T, but the turn and river didn’t change anything, and I scooped the pot with my set of nines.”

A little while later, we return to Rebecca’s table as the action is already on the river. She’s in the cutoff, facing off against the big blind in a pot of around 1 million chips.

The board reads 9♠️ 8♦️ 7♣️ 5♥️ 3♠️, with a 9♠️ completing the river. Rebecca fires 700,000, putting maximum pressure on her opponent. After a long tank, the big blind makes an unhappy hero call, only to see the pot slide Rebecca’s way as she drags in yet another massive pot.

With this hand, the Italian player climbs to an incredible 6.5 million chips, more than 4 times the tournament average and over 200 big blinds.

Just before the break at Table 308, we walked into a massive pot involving the German player known by his nickname TeddyKGB.

We caught the action on the turn with the board showing 7♠️ 6♦️ Q♣️ 5♥️, all rainbow. After a bet of 320,000 from TeddyKGB, Luca Ruffini responded with a huge shove for 2.2 million chips.

TeddyKGB (bottom right picture)went deep into the tank for several minutes before finally pushing a big stack of chips into the middle and announcing the call. He tabled 7♦️ 5♦️ for two pair.

The river brought an A♠️, a blank that secured the pot for TeddyKGB, catapulting his stack to an impressive 5.5 million chips.

Among the top stacks, we find one of the Day 1 chip leaders, Germany’s MegaSiggi (Top left picture), sitting on around 4.5 million chips, as well as Austria’s Oliver Bachmeier, who has amassed 3.8 million.

For context, the average stack is currently 1.5 million, and blinds are at 15,000/30,000 with a 30,000 big blind ante. When play resumes, the blinds will increase to 20,000/40,000/40,000.

There are still 200 players left battling it out for a spot in Day 3—not yet the final day, but the field is rapidly narrowing.

Mon 21 Jul - 01:10 - 218 left at the 20th level, Fatos Haxhaj with over 3 averages, Bognanni on fire!

ree

We’re deep into Level 20 of Day 2 at the EPM Euro Poker Million Main Event, with 214 players still battling it out as blinds sit at 15,000/30,000 with a 30,000 big blind ante. The average stack has climbed to 1,400,000 chips.

Taking a walk around the tournament floor, two players stand out for their performances so far.

The first is Fatos Haxhai, who continues his incredible run in Eurorounders events and now sits comfortably at the very top of the chip counts. We asked him to share the hand that pushed him past the 5 million chip mark, and here’s how he told it:

“I was playing against an Italian gentleman and opened from the button with A♦️ Q♠️. He decided to 3-bet from the big blind, and I just flatted.

The flop came J♠️ 7♣️ 2♠️, with two spades. He bet 250,000, and I called. The turn brought an A♦️. This time, he fired 600,000, and I decided to call again.

The river was the 3♦️, and he moved all-in for 825,000. After someone called the time bank on me, I took it down to the last 10 seconds and made the call. He turned over K♦️ 5♦️, completely bluffing, and was eliminated. That hand took me over 5 million in chips.”

Just one table over, Marco Bognanni is putting on a show of his own. Starting the day with a short stack, he’s steadily climbed the ranks and now sits firmly in the top 10. We asked Marco about the three key spots that fueled his comeback, and he shared them with us below:

On one hand, UTG opened to 45K, and this foreign gentleman called. I defended from the big blind with Q♣️ T♣️. The flop came K♠️ J♣️ 4♦️, rainbow, with the jack of clubs. It went check-check.

The turn was the A♣️. I checked again, he bet 50K, I made it 170K, and he shoved for around 600K showing A-K.

Then there was another hand where someone opened to 35K, I 3-bet to 120K, and he shoved for 500K holding A-9.

And now let me tell you about the last hand before the break. It started with me opening to 45K UTG, one player flatted, and then another guy with a 2M stack made it 125K on the button with 450K behind.

I was sitting there with 5♥️ 4♥️, so I decided to call. The original flatter called too.

The flop came 3♥️ 6♥️ 3♣️. Check-check, and then the button fired 150K. I put him all-in for 350K, and he called with pocket jacks.

Sun 20 Jul - 23:20 - New break, Malibu and Rivoli among the top stacks!

ree

We’re approaching the next break here at King’s Resort Rozvadov, where Day 2 of the €2,000,000 GTD Euro Poker Million (EPM) has reached the 274 players left mark.

Blinds are currently at 10,000/20,000 with a 20,000 big blind ante, but will soon increase to 10,000/25,000/25,000 after the level change.

Among the current chip leaders, Italy’s Rebecca Rivoli continues her impressive run, stacking up 3.6 million chips and securing her spot near the very top of the leaderboard.

Equally remarkable is the performance of Marco “Magic Box” Bognanni, who came into Day 2 far from being one of the favorites but has shown tremendous resilience. He now sits comfortably in the top 10 with around 2.8 million chips, nearly three times the average stack of 1.1 million at this stage.

Meanwhile, we also caught up with Czech player Malibu, who shared how he managed to double his stack in a crucial hand just before the break:

“The small blind 3-bets to 160K, and I decide to flat.

The flop comes J♥️ 5♦️ 7♥️. He c-bets for 270K, and I call without thinking too much.

The turn brings a K♦️. This time he bets 450K, leaving himself about 600K behind. At that point, I decide to shove all-in, and he calls, turning over A-K.

The river is a 6♣, which changes nothing, and I scoop a massive pot with my pocket jacks.”

Sun 20 Jul - 21:00 - Break over, Italy's Rebecca Rivoli leads the count!

ree

The players are back from a 30-minute break here at Day 2 of the €2,000,000 GTD Euro Poker Million (EPM). Out of the massive 5,303 total entries, only 417 players remain in contention as the field continues to shrink.

Action has resumed at Level 17, with blinds at 8,000/16,000 and a 16,000 big blind ante. The average stack is now 763,000 chips, but one player has pulled far ahead of the pack: Rebecca Rivoli, who has climbed to an impressive 2,800,000 chips—almost four times the tournament average.

During the break, we caught up with Rebecca to hear how she vaulted to the top of the leaderboard. Here’s what she told us:

“There’s an open raise from Under the Gun to 25K, and I flat on the button with pocket deuces. The big blind calls as well, so we go three ways to the flop.

The board comes 8-6-3 rainbow. It checks to me, and I decide to bet around 30% of the pot. The original raiser then makes it 3x, and after thinking it through, I just call. The big blind folds, and we’re heads-up to the turn.

The turn brings a king of hearts, adding a potential flush draw. This time, he fires out another bet, and I call again.

On the river, a 6 pairs the board. He comes out with a very big bet, and I decide to shove all-in. After a short tank, he calls and turns over queens, thinking he’s good with his overpair and the paired board.

But I roll over my pocket deuces for a full house, and scoop the pot. That hand completely turned my day around and shot me to the top of the chip counts.”

Meanwhile, the Day 1 of the High Roller is also underway in the same room. The event has reached Level 4, with 195 entries so far and 166 players still battling it out. Blinds are currently at 500/1,000 with a 1,000 big blind ante, and the average stack sits at 120,000 chips, slightly above the 100,000 starting stack.

With a buy-in of €1,100, the prize pool has already climbed to €1,185,130, and players can still register for another five levels, with a maximum of two re-entries allowed per player. Expect plenty of action in this prestigious side event as the evening unfolds.

ree

The action is back at King’s Resort Rozvadov as Day 2 of the €2,000,000 GTD Euro Poker Million (EPM) kicks off. After a staggering 5,303 total entries, the field has now been trimmed down to just over 600 players as they return to chase their share of the massive prize pool.

Play resumes at Level 15, with blinds at 5,000/10,000 and a 10,000 big blind ante, and an average stack of 600,000 chips. From here on out, levels are set at 80 minutes, giving players plenty of room to manoeuvre as they grind their way toward the final table.

At stake is a first-place prize of €400,000, along with 12 coveted tickets for the next WSOP Europe Main Event, awarded to the top 12 finishers.

It’s going to be an intense night of poker as the field continues to shrink—stay tuned for live updates as we get closer to the money and beyond.

Sun 20 Jul - 16:10 - Last bits of Day1 I!

ree

We’re now in the final phase of Day 1E Turbo, where levels have been shortened to 12 minutes for technical reasons to speed up play. The day will conclude once we’re down to 74 players, and at this moment, there are still 84 players battling it out for a spot in Day 2.

The official entry count for this flight stands at 590, and play is currently at blinds 20,000/40,000 with a 40,000 big blind ante. The average stack has climbed to 400,000 chips, meaning effective stacks are hovering around 10 big blinds, but players will return to 40 big blinds at the start of Day 2.

Action has noticeably slowed as the bubble approaches, with everyone aware that surviving this stage guarantees a €1,000 min-cash as part of the 12.5% payout structure.

Stay tuned for the final updates as we discover who bags their chips and advances from this high-pressure turbo flight.

Sun 20 Jul - 14:00 - Day1 I Turbo is underway!

ree

We’re live from King’s Resort Rozvadov to bring you updates from Day 1E Turbo of the €2,000,000 GTD Euro Poker Million (EPM).

This fast-paced flight has drawn 590 entries, with 285 players still battling it out at the tables. Action is currently in Level 12 (blinds 2,000/5,000 with a 5,000 big blind ante), and the average stack has climbed to 124,000 chips, double the starting stack.

With such a large field, it’s clear this will be a long grind: expect at least 10 more levels before we reach the magic number of survivors. As always, the goal is to play down to 12.5% of the field, which, in this case, means only 74 players will advance to Day 2.

We may see a slight delay to Sunday’s Day 2 start, possibly by 30 minutes to an hour, given the number of players still fighting for a seat. Stay tuned for all the updates as this spectacular Saturday, July 22 unfolds and the EPM Main Event continues to dominate the action here at Europe’s largest poker room.

ree

Here we are with one of the final updates from Day 1H Turbo of the Euro Poker Million, which has now reached Level 14 with blinds at 4,000/8,000 and an 8,000 big blind ante.

The average stack sits at 269,000 chips, and play will continue until only 12.5% of the field remains. With a total of 769 entries, this means the flight will wrap up when we’re down to 97 players.

At the moment, there are still 170 players battling it out at the tables, so we’re expecting roughly 80 more eliminations before the bags come out. That translates to around two more hours of action as the pace heats up toward the bubble.

Stay tuned for our next updates to find out who emerges as the chip leader in this fast-paced flight.

There are still 223 players battling it out for a place in Day 2, but only 146 will qualify. The average stack has climbed to 319,000 chips, and we expect approximately three to four more levels before players bag up for the night.

Meanwhile, Day 1H Speed continues to attract entries, now standing at 641 players as the field moves into Level 7 (blinds 600/1,200 with a 1,200 big blind ante). With a 60,000 starting stack, late entrants can still sit down with 50 big blinds, leaving plenty of room to manoeuvre even at this stage.

The average stack in the Speed flight is 86,000 chips, about 26,000 above the starting stack. With a total of 19 levels scheduled for this turbo-format flight and blinds increasing every 30 minutes, there’s still a long way to go before the bags come out.

Stay tuned as both flights push toward their respective bubbles later tonight!

Sat 19 Jul - 20:30 - Break on both flights!

ree

Both flights of the €2,000,000 GTD Euro Poker Million (EPM) Main Event are currently on break here at King’s Resort Rozvadov.

Let’s start with Day 1G, the standard flight with 40-minute levels that kicked off at 11 AM. Registration has officially closed with 1,188 entries, and 318 players remain in the field. Play will resume in about 20 minutes at blinds 3,000/6,000 with a 6,000 big blind ante, and the average stack is now 224,000 chips—around four times the starting stack.

There’s extra motivation for the leaders as the top two finishers will each receive a pair of bonus tickets: one for the Japan Poker Days and another for the upcoming Shark Bay, both signature events under the RandoSquirrelKings brand in Rozvadov. The day will continue until 149 players remain, equivalent to 12.5% of the field, meaning nearly 150 eliminations still to come.

Meanwhile, Day 1H, the turbo-format flight with 30-minute levels, has just hit its first break of the day in Level 4. There are currently 437 entries, with 379 players still in action. The average stack remains close to the starting stack as the field works its way through the early levels. When play resumes, blinds will be 400/800 with an 800 big blind ante.

It’s shaping up to be a long night of poker here at Europe’s largest poker room as players in both flights chase their seats for Day 2.

ree

A 15-minute break is underway here at Day 1G of the €2,000,000 GTD Euro Poker Million (EPM), with 1,162 entries recorded so far. There’s still one level left for late registration, and 553 players remain in contention. The average stack has climbed to 126,000 chips, double the 60,000 starting stack. When play resumes, blinds will be 1,500/3,000 with a 3,000 big blind ante.

Meanwhile, the second flight of the day, Day 1H Speed, has just kicked off. There are already 127 entries, though one elimination has reduced the field to 126 players currently seated. Blinds are at 100/200 with a 200 big blind ante, and players start with 60,000 chips.

Both flights will continue until 12.5% of the field remains, securing all survivors a place in Day 2.

Meanwhile, preparations are underway for the second of today’s flights: Day 1H Speed, featuring 30-minute levels. The flight kicks off in about 45 minutes, and over 50 players have already registered. A huge turnout is expected this evening, with the weekend crowd packing the casino. The action has slowed considerably as players tighten up, with blinds currently at 6,000/12,000. Once the bubble bursts, survivors will bag their chips and resume on Day 2 at 5,000/10,000 blinds. The level is about to end, and blinds will soon increase to 8,000/16,000, which will put even more pressure on the short stacks. The average stack is now 450,000 chips.

On the side, the King’s Knight Turbo is also drawing strong numbers. The prize pool has already reached €23,000, smashing the guarantee, and we’re currently in Level 5—plenty of time left to register as blinds move to 6,000/15,000.

The action here at King’s Resort is set to continue late into the night, with Day 1F leading the charge.

“It was a lot of fun, and I’m super happy to have bagged early,” he told us. “And then we even managed to win another ticket. Things have been going really well for me here at King’s lately. Yesterday, I came close to the final table in the Mystery Bounty. There’s so much action this week—it’s going to be exciting!”

We’re picking up the action in the Euro Poker Million (EPM) as the Day 1D Speed flight reaches the fourth level of play. Blinds are set at 300/600 with a 600 big blind ante, and levels are running 30 minutes each for this turbo-paced format.

So far, there have been 174 entries, with 163 players still battling it out at the tables. The average stack sits at 64,000 chips, just slightly above the 50,000 starting stack.

Players will continue for another 20 minutes in the current level before heading into the first break of the day—a 30-minute pause to catch their breath and refocus for the next stretch.

With a €590 buy-in, the excitement is just getting started. And remember, from tomorrow the schedule ramps up even further, with two flights per day bringing even more action to King’s Resort.
